There are a lot of real life techniques that could do that, I think Neo was waiting for Yang to exert herself before delivering her true attacks, until that mysterious woman showed up in the mask.

Aura. One assume that, when your aura is unlocked, it blocks damage for you at the cost of draining your 'health bar'. As shown during one of the Jaune focused episode.

No, Weiss' semblance is, in Pyrrah's words, "glyphs." So that's her fancy smancy transmutation spring board circles she can make.

I think she uses them with dust quite frequently, but I don't think she needs dust to make them. As demonstrated with Blake's semblance when Weiss gave her dust, I think semblances are just compatible with dust. Or rather, dust can enhance semblances.

Actually I just realized now that unlike every other character with a gun, we never actually see Roman reload his weapon. So I guess it has infinite ammo or something.

Yes indeed.

So, lots of combat, it is a good thing that Ironwood brought that giant army of robots, it seems Port wasn't just making up all those stories after all, suspension of disbelief suffered another hit that that briefcase had a giant minigun inside it (That's a bit more excessive than any of the combo weapons we've seen thus far). Skype in Vale sucks, I mean, none of the Council were illuminated, and their voice was all whacked out by interference.

GOnna go with the answer that Roman deliberately let himself get caught and is just biding his time. Also, Adam. It only took two full volumes for him to show up, good riddance.
