Though we do need some more traditional Spidermen cause so far we have 2 in black costumes, 1 monstrous creature guy, a super soldier Spider, and a Red Widow. Don't need any pre-existing knowledge other than there's literally dozens of Spidermen in the multiverse. Make one up, take a pre-existing one for a spin, etc. I'd really like for the next two or three players, if we get that many, to be more traditional web wearing Spidermen. ~KL~

Yeah if you can just make it two we'd be ok. I don't want Bios three times as long as what's considered a casual post. Every Spiderman in the Spiderverse comic could be summed up in a paragraph or two, even newer ones that needs more explaining. Give us the info we really need in two paragraphs and anything else you could elaborate on in-game. Anything that doesn't fit into two paragraphs, if you feel it's important, you can just mention it in the notes section of the CS. ~KL~

Sorta same here. I've only just started reading the actual comics about spiderman (the amazing spiderman comics starting back in like 2002) but before that Imgot all my spiderman and superhero info from my marvel encyclopedia and the internet.

I can change my outfit to webs, I wanted to think of thinking else anyway. EDIT: Made the change and added a picture. Let me know what ya think?

I was originally thinking of going with more of a Scarlet Spider route. Now, though, I've got an idea for something a little more traditional, but to an extreme; a hardened but broken inside Spider-Man who's lost basically everyone that 616-Peter had to lose, assuming no weird rewrites, write-ins/outs or retcons were ever pulled. Shaped almost entirely by grief and personal loss. Not a happy existence. Also not something I'd normally pull, due to the EXTREME unlikelihood of something like that ever happening ('everyone died' is kind of a pretty weak backstory in my honest opinion) but I think it could be interesting in the context. Just gonna drop the costume image here too, since I found it while browsing on my phone...

I'm doing a sorta traditional design in terms of costume for me spiderman although there are a few hints of other costumes in it.

Name - Jonathan 'John' Osborn Alias - Spider-Red Age - 5 but is actually 15 in terms of maturity Earth # - 808 Powers - He has slightly increased speed and strength but not even close to spiderman like levels. Even though he lacks powers he makes up for it with his gadgetry and skills. He also possesses a goblin glider that has an assortment of bladed weapons although he doesn't use them for attacking much. The glider is also home to an assortment of 'spider-bombs' which can stick to various surfaces and explode on impact or when designated to. The glider is also capable of firing out spider tracers which are tracked via GPS. When there's situation that require close quarter interactions, Spider-Red uses his newer of gadgets, the spider legs which have a fair amount of strength that will allow him to contend with stronger enemies and each of the four arms possess web shooters. The legs are based off the now widely known Doctor Octavius multiethnic use appendages. Weaknesses - For the most part he's just your average human in good condition so a stab, gunshot or heavy hit could kill him off pretty fast or at least leave him unable to fight. As a side effect of his Goblin formula infused blood he suffers from minor hallucinations such as thinking someone is talking to him when they're not. Personality - light hearted, social, Comedic Appearance - His colour scheme is dark green and red. The webbed parts are red coloured while the more suit type stuff is green coloured. The spider appendages are silver and gold coloured. BRIEF Bio - Jonathan Osborn was the illegitimate child of Norman Osborn on Earth 808 conceived when Osborn was seeing other women. This was after Norman Osborn had become Green Goblin and gotten hyped up on Goblin green. Jonathan was raised by his father as the heir to the Goblin mantle after he gave up on turning his other son, Harry, over to the Goblin side. This universes Green Goblin finally managed to kill off spiderman and began taking over Manhattan from the ground up. It was only when a spider clad hero on a goblin glider showed up did The Green Goblin begin to loose his foot hold in the city once more. Jonathan had a strong morale compass which was inherited from his red headed mother that he only had vague memories of. John was used his training and technology from his father to make his own heroic identity in order to take down his father and other scum of Manhattan. Now he continues to fight for the people of Manhattan in the absence of the original Web-head. Notes - Some may distrust him for his family linkage even if it's from another dimension. Response to Spider Fist - Spider-Red sat atop his glider with his feet dangling over the side while eating a few fries out of a box through his raised mask. He looked out over his city wondering if any of his spider tracers would decide to kick in as they wandered closer to him. Suddenly the arachnid themed hero dropped his fries when he saw a spider-man like person who also resembled a martial artist. The man spoke of a universe in peril and with the finishing of the mans spiel Spider-Red pulled down the bottom half of his mask, stood up on his board and looked the Karate Spider directly in the eyes. " I don't know who you are but frankly if there's some goblin butt to be kicked then I don't see why I can't lend a boot to the cause. Lead the way." Spider-Red said as he finished the sentence off with a slight cackle.

Still working on my CS. Don't know is my charrie is going to wear webs like Spidey. She might... possibly...

Here's my now-complete CS. Name - Sachiko Suzuki Alias - Nephila (though she used to go by the name Spider-girl) Age - 17 Earth # - 616-2 Powers - While this is kept secret from the public, Nephila actually has no powers to speak of. She is only really a Spider-man (well, Spider-woman) in name only and instead relies on the technology provide Hiro Takachiho of the Big Hero 6, who gave her both her wall-crawling gloves and shoes, and a grappling-hook to emulate Spider-man's web-slinging. She also has received martial-arts and athletic training all throughout her childhood that she used to fight. Weaknesses - - As she has no superpowers, Nephila is physically weaker than other spider-based heroes and therefore a lot more vulnerable to normal weapons. - Being a thrill-seeker and very stubborn, she can sometimes push herself into dangerous situations which she can't handle alone. - Even after all her time spent working with the Big Hero 6, Nephila still isn't the best at working with others (the only exception to this being her brother Foxfire, who she works perfectly with). While she will co-operate with them, expect her to go off and do her own thing without a word to anyone. She likes to think of herself as being self-dependent, and being the only Spider-hero without real powers probably will give her something to prove. Personality - Mischievous, determined, thrill-seeker Appearance - Her costume is not too different design-wise from the Amazing Spiderman's, as she is a big fan of his, though obviously fitted for a more feminine build, and the colours have been changed to appear more like the Nephila clavata, also known as the Joro spider, of which Nephila named herself after and which is a well-favoured spider in Japan. The places where the original Spiderman's costume was red are black on Nephila's, the places where Spidey's costume was blue have been changed to yellow on Nephila's. The webbing on Nephila's costume is also yellow and the Spider icon on her chest - which is shaped to resemble the Nephila clavata - is a reddish orange in colour. The gloves of her costume are also fingerless and the palm's of her gloves and the bottom of her shoes are lined with these white pads which is what allows her to stick to walls. The eye areas of her costume are white like Spidey's are, though. BRIEF Bio - Vigilante-ism is something that seems to run in Sachiko's family. Her mother used to be a superhero called Foxfire, who used her knowledge of martial arts and skill with pyrotechnics to get the better of her enemies. She retired shortly after marrying Sachiko's father, Mr Suzuki, and went on to have two children: Sachiko's older brother Akashi, as well as Sachiko herself. Both Sachiko and Akashi idolised the superheroes of New York, with Akashi being a big fan of Iron Man and Sachiko being a fan of Spider-man. They didn't know for a long time that their mother used to be a vigilante until one day, when cleaning out the attic, they came across a box containing their mother's costume. They asked their mother about it who, while at first reluctant to speak of it, eventually gave in and told them of her past exploits, which made both Akashi and Sachiko very excited. Akashi then "borrowed" some of this equipment and fashioned his own costume, taking on the moniker Foxfire for himself. Akashi then started patrolling the streets of Tokyo. As both he and his sister had trained in martial arts and athletics at their school, as well as being taught a little by their own mother, he did pretty well, and eventually even went on to become an ally of the Big Hero 6, Tokyo's very own band of superheroes, and through her brother, Sachiko became well acquainted with them, particularly gaining strong friendships with GoGo Tamago and Hiro Takachiho. In fact, Hiro actually decided to make a costume, wall-crawling boots and gloves and special grappling hook based off Spider-man off of Sachiko's request, as she felt her brother was "hogging all the fun". This turned out to be a good idea as at one point, Akashi ended up being captured by the villain Orochi, a giant serpent-like mutant who would have killed him had Sachiko, at the time under the name Spider-girl, not come in with the Big Hero 6, as well as Sachiko's mother who had retaken up the moniker of the original Foxfire, to rescue Akashi. This was the first time their mother had found out about her children's vigilante-ism and was against this until the Big Hero 6 convinced her otherwise by saying that they would draft Sachiko and Akashi into their ranks as official members so they wouldn't be fighting alone. Their mother then agreed and Sachiko and Akashi joined the ranks of Big Hero 6, with Sachiko changing her alias to Nephila and Akashi remaining as Foxfire. However, being the thrill-seekers they are, Nephila and Akashi tend to break off from the Big Hero 6 now and then, instead going off to fight crime as a duo, though they always return to the team afterwards. Notes - - As part of an agreement with her mother, Sachiko wears a bullet proof vest under her costume. Response to Spider Fist - "Well, that was... annoyingly easy," Nephila muttered as she stood on a nearby roof, watching as the police arrested several of the thugs she and her brother had mercilessly beaten to a pulp only a few minutes prior. Foxfire stood by her side, glancing down with little interest. "Meh," he commented. "It's better than nothing." "It's been about two weeks since the last major super-villain threat," Nephila said, crouching down. "If this keeps up, we're going to get rusty." "Meh," Foxfire said again. "Want to head back? They're probably looking for us." Nephila sighed, glancing down at the thugs for one moment longer before turning away. "Sure, let's-" However, she didn't get to finish as a mysterious being materialised in front of them. They didn't recognise the man, but his mask was... familiar. "Whoa!" Foxfire powered up his fire gauntlets on instinct and got into a defensive stance. "... the hell?! Who are you?... and what's with the Spidey mask?" ... After the man had finished his message, Nephila and Foxfire exchanged looks. "You want me to join you to save one of Spidermen in another universe?" Nephila said after momentary pause. "Well... I can't say it's not incredibly tempting." "I'm not sure, sis," Foxfire commented drily. "This seems awfully fishy to me. Could be a set up, like one of those internet pop-ups. 'You're the one hundredth person to don the Spiderman crest, so you win a prize.'" Nephila grimaced. "Can't say you don't have a point," she said. "Though... if this gives me the opportunity to meet the real Spider-man, even if he's from a different universe, it's... well, it's not an opportunity one gets offered everyday, yer know?" Foxfire frowned. "... so you're going to go along with this alternate reality thing?" he said. "... okay. Err..." He glanced at Spider-fist and gave a large grin. "... you wouldn't happen to have room for a non-Spiderman pyromaniac on the team, would'ja?"

Name - Peter Parker Alias - The Spider, Spider, formerly Spider-Man Age - 26 Earth # - 5036 Powers - Standard Spider-Man powers Impact/Concussive Webbing Gun in his webshooters Weaknesses - Standard Spider-Man weaknesses Stand-offish personality and questionable morals Personality - Merciless, Apathetic, Withdrawn BRIEF Bio - Peter Parker was bitten by the radioactive spider at age 16. Over the next few years of his life, during his time as Spider-Man, he slowly began to lose the people closest to him. In the first month, he lost his uncle, Ben Parker, to a criminal that Peter could have stopped earlier. Some time later, he lost Gwen Stacy to the hands of the Goblin. After giving up being Spider-Man for almost a year, he picked it back up as a means of escape when his aunt, May Parker, was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. A couple years later, the superhuman registration bill had been passed by the US government. At Iron Mistress' request, he announced his secret identity on national television. He'd come to regret the decision when his newly-wedded wife, Mary Jane, was assassinated by Bullseye. He disappeared from the conflict to grieve for a few weeks, before defecting to the law's opposition. At the conclusion, Captain America, his personal hero and role model, was sniped by Crossbones and killed in the hospital. Something finally clicked to Peter: personal attachment only led to grief. He changed the blues of his costume into black, and renamed himself The Spider. It wasn't an attempt to escape his past, but to symbolize the new man he was. Keeping his time spent as Peter Parker at the bare minimum to survive, he focused on being The Spider full-time. He changed his arsenal to include more tools to get the job done at whatever cost, including an unconventional gun in his webshooters. It made him much more brutal, yes, but his new efficiency couldn't be denied. He started a policy of giving no second chances, hunting down Bullseye and the Goblin personally, as well as later ending the threats of Kraven, the Rhino, and even the Kingpin, permanently. Notes - He's very similar to Spider-Man of Earth-8351 (What-If? Spider-Man vs Wolverine), and to some extent, the Punisher. Response to Spider Fist - The man's face was broken and bloodied. He was being held up against a wall by his collar, The Spider slamming him repeatedly with punches. A hand caught one of the punches, stopping him. "Enough, friend." ... "So, you want me to team up with myself from different universes... To stop a bunch of Goblins from terrorizing a universe that I don't live in or care about." He snorted. "Yeah. Good luck with that one, buddy." He started to turn around and walk away, when Spider-Fist grabbed his shoulder. The Spider sighed. "Alright, alright...Whatever. Took care of one, might as well do it a few more times..."

Completed my CS. Interested to know what KL thinks of a non-powered Spider-girl on the team, especially one who is a huge Spider-man fangirl XP
