Alright, I want people's opinion: I've almost hit 5,000 page views on deviantArt, and I wanna do something to commemorate it. However I can't draw worth shit. I did have an idea though: as a Lego fan, I have my MOCs, and the Lego Digital Designer app on my computer. Should I do that?

Two Questions; 1. Why are you on deviantArt if you can't draw 2. How did you get 5,000 page views if you have a lack of said talent

Do whatever it is you usually do that brings people to look at your page. The reason they've gone to look was for the style of whatever work you're already doing, so don't deviate too far from that. That said, sketches (even if they're not great) do go over nicely as a 'thank you' gift to your watchers/viewers. They generally appreciate the effort, regardless of the quality.

Hope you're not planning to put this on deviantART. I can't say much about their community, but I can say that if someone I followed did took the assets, placed them together, just to do an OCAMA even though his other work surpasses it, even by a little, I'd be pissed. If you did want to do one of these, I'd suggest just trying your best to art or, if you have the money, commission an artist to help you. Sure, commissioning artists is like this, but with this it just looks like you're being lazy instead of trying, like Sherlock said:

Which is true. People love the effort if you ACTUALLY TRY instead of doing whatever the hell this is.
