Question about throwing: if someone is holding up anothe character( lets say he's being held over someone's head, facing upwards) do they emmediately throw them as they please, or is it jjust like everything else?

No absolutes, so you would have to write your characters intentions to throw the opponent. As it would be directly effecting someone else's character its up to them to describe if they are thrown and how far, logic permitting.
