The big question here is "why would the Monkey King be cowering from the Adversary in Fabletown"? Fabletown is basically a mix between a refugee camp and a ghetto, so a headstrong godly warrior like Sun Wukong being there would be like Ajax cowering in his tent when Agamemnon came round to recruit him.

@Archangel89 Hmm seeing as he is kind of in the same boat as Guan Yu I guess it will work, though @Earnest Evans does have a point when it comes to why he would be hiding out with the Fables given his out look of always fighting.

In other news I am closing this RP to new comers. If we have spoken to each other about you joining, that includes in the interest check or in here or in other RPs we are in together, you may throw up a CS for me to review.

Cool I'll work on something and have it up asap. I will be consulting the Guan Yu sheet as a reference but I will most likely have other questions so until then...I research!!!

EDIT: I think I'm going to use the story A Journey to the West which would give him a reason to be in Fabletown

So... why is Sun Wukong in New York? He's already achieved Buddhahood, and has a place in the celestial bureacracy. If the bureaucracy had been dismantled by The Adversary, wouldn't he be a better fit in China?

Well my goal was to have him be tricked/cast down from Buddhahood and made to ha bcc e to endure the trials again. Either that or he decided to come to New York in search of "something fun" or just to annoy the celestial emperor...but I think I like the idea that he's there for the same reason as Guan Yu.

@Archangel89 I guess it will depend on the power. for example Paul is strong in his glamor form, but would be far stronger in his normal form. While Boogie is able to use his illusion power in either of his forms

Well some of the one's that were giving me fits was his strength which he was born super human and he's unnaturally durable for two different reasons...I guess I'm having trouble consolidating legend into abilities lol.

@Archangel89 Well Fables are naturally more durable than mundies, even one that is more forgotten like the woodsman could take some real damage. fables are also pretty strong, especially the more well known ones, I mean Cinderella was ale to flip a car over by herself. But if you are having trouble feel free to ask for help, I am more than happy to lend a hand :)

EDIT: @Blackmist16 Yes but you are officially the last person, sorry everyone but given that some people have yet to post a CS after expressing interest I will break the no more rule just this time.

Well Wukong was able to lift Ruyi Jang Bang (his staff) when it was supposed to be impossible (weighing in at 17,750 lbs) and besides being born of stone he stood in Lao Xi's 8 trigram furnace which made him indestructible on top of his other things (i.e. his armor and such). Though I suppose I could just say he has these abilities in his true form.
