@ClocktowerEchos It's okay, my skill tree can be a bit confusing. As shown on my skill tree, Passive has 3 subcategories: Aura, Crafting and Gathering. You have an Aura AND a Crafting, while you are only allowed one for now.

I would be happy with this as well. Especially if it meant I could have a legit shop.

Edit: Also, which skill is used to gather wool, or to gather cotton? Or any other clothing material? And I'm assuming there was a skill reset on the beta people? For fairness (despite numerous complaints and ragequits on discovery of lost skills)?

@ErmineI guess the closest thing would be tailoring. It could also just be a general thing. Having it be part of farming might not be too much of a stretch.

Tailoring is the crafting aspect. I have that already. And I just figured it would make sense to be able to get ones own materials. Farming seems most likely.
Also, skill tree reminds me of Mabinogi.

The way I see it is that you can only really specialize in one like in real life. You'd never see a miner be a proficient blacksmith would you?

It would also encourage people to interact with people who are proficient in the skills required. And also, money making opportunities! Yay capitalism!

I think there are levels to the skills (or there should be in my opinion) other wise everyone would be running around as pesudo-gods of death before we're even half way done. Plus at that point we all as might just never actually interact with others since we'd be just that powerful that nothing could really kill us and we'd be able to do everything ourselves.

Agreed. I want to reach level 100 of Tailoring, possibly a high level of Farming, too, so I can be like "This is the latest fashion; I sheared this sheep this morning." Like selling fresh eggs, only pretty.

Lol I kind want to do the same. Get max forging and some good stats in mining and a bit of woodcutting.

What if we teamed up to create "designer armors" and weapons that are also accessories?
