Bio: Long story short Mac was a great fan of computers, gizmos and gadgets so basically anything electrical. However as much as he enjoyed fixing them it was always finding out what was wrong with them that frustrated him to no end, and no matter how hard he studied and examined them it was a problem that simply could not be fixed by conventional means.

So as a joke Mac started to try and contact the Fae occasionally muttering out incantations and sayings he found online rumoured to help strike a deal. Imagine his surprise when one of them worked, making a ring of mushrooms form around him inside his living room. Sadly Mac lost the bet and with it he lost both his name and face to the Goblin King, although in return he did receive a pretty cool head.

At around the same time as he was trying to find his way back to the Mundane side (everyone says to turn left at Autumn but they never say anything about three side steps just before the thunderstorm) that he met Cheese. Shortly thereafter he finally reached a collection of towns known as Three Peaks where a human researcher was staying and helped him get back to the Mundane side.
After a few years later and Mac and Cheese have become very close friends.

Misc: That computer screen actually works, just plug him in and you can attach your laptop to watch some cool movies.

Bio: A native of the Fae Realm and a lover of pranks and all things green (as most fairies are) Cheese had a fairly normal life for a fairy with the Mundane side being nothing more than the subject of many jokes. As a general rule the Fae don’t like to make serious bets amongst each other, as their rules hold them to it and not many wish to increase the changeling population, but there can be times when one has had slightly too much cider for one’s own good.

It was then that Mac had the luck to wander past Cheese’ village and one of her (ex) friends bet that Cheese couldn’t reclaim Macs name and face. As you can guess it’s something that Cheese has yet to do meaning that she’s stuck following Mac until she does. And undoing a bet is a much harder feat than one would expect, especially when the Goblin King is concerned.

So it was that the pair journeyed to the Mundane Side together, a new and exciting experience for Cheese even with the whole culture shock that she still occasionally feels even today, especially when it comes to money which Cheese can’t quite grasp the idea of. Thankfully the two did have some help from a government body specialising in all things Fae/Mundane relations, after all it’s hard trying to find a job when you either have no idea of how the world works or a magical mutation.

But with a bit of luck, patience and a whole lot of colourful swears the pair of them managed to make a living running a night club in east London. And for a while everything was pretty good for the two of them, though Cheese still had a few problems considering how many things in London are made of metal. But sadly of course it didn’t last and soon enough a panicky call from one of their friends came through begging for them to run.

A week and two days later the pair have been renting a room in Twilight Town with little to no idea of what they should do next. Cheese just wishes that Mac would talk to her again.

Misc: Cheese can hide her wings from sight, she can also only be either human sized or your typical palm sized fairy. Metals such as iron will cause severe burns to Cheese if they touch her skin.

Trump Card – This ability requires the two of them to move in sync and be in close proximity to each other in order to be activated. When activated the two spin around each other at an incredible speed sending out powerful orbs of light in every direction but this lasts only for about five seconds. When completed the two are very dizzy and tired meaning that they’ll be vulnerable for at least a few minutes after whilst they recover, even though they’ll still be fighting.

Description of the world: A world oddly similar to our own but with an added twist. The world is split almost in two between the mundane world of humans and animals, and The Fae Realm of dragons, Fairies and all things that go bump in the night.

While the two halves are vaguely aware of each other, in the same sense of two neighbours who never really speak to or see each other, it must be said that there’s not much traffic between the two. This may be because the only way to do so is the use of a Fairy ring which never open quite as regularly as the scientific communities on either side would like. The majority of these rings are monitored and kept mostly secret on the Mundane side but there are always one or two that slip under the radar.

Where you fit into the world: The two of them joint own a nightclub in east London with Mac being the DJ (“Looks like a Daft Punk wannabe, but at least the music’s good.” – a customer no longer welcomed) and Cheese on the bar with A Fairies Kiss as their famous drink (“Bit of Gin, bit of Tonic and the colour of your hair to make sure nothing but fun out there for an hour or so” – Cheese).

Recent history: Enchanted Globe has, in a sense been lost to darkness. It first began when several new arrivals came to the world but as it always is nobody noticed them, too busy with their own worries to care about some oddly dressed individuals scoping about that place the local council says is off limits. It never really occurred to anyone to investigate the random flash of light from the woods and no one noticed the odd group of people now no longer seen anywhere at all.

In the Fae Realm these people journeyed across landscapes both familiar and rarely glimpsed in their wildest dreams. Soon enough they arrived at the Labyrinth home to the Goblin King. Here they introduced themselves as Dark Keyblade Wielders looking for a little world they can use to achieve their goal. They bet that they could defeat the Goblin King at any game of their choosing; if they lost they would become the Goblin Kings servants for all time but if they won then Enchanted Globe was theirs.

Now as anyone will tell you all inhabitants of The Fae realm love a good bet, but Faeries find them irresistible especially for such a risk, and so the Goblin accepted their challenge. The Goblin King lost and as Check mate was called the Heartless flooded the world.
Those in the mundane half of the world had a bit more time to escape but very few were able to receive the warning and even fewer had any idea of how to escape. Currently no one has any real idea of what is happening in Enchanted Globe as it has yet to fall completely to darkness but it certainly isn’t a place one would like to visit anytime soon.
