I think as long as the Duel follows the rules and stuff, you can post pretty much whenever you want.

@Scarifari dunno... the opponent gives the other play the card on top of his deck
or something similar though i suppose even if it worked like that chances are the card is going to be useless for the card stealer

while im at it i'll just drop another few weird concept cards
? attack / ? Defense Flip: This card gains the name,attack,defense,and effect of its attacker
Flip: Your opponent checks the top card of its deck. if it is a monster summon it on his side of the field, if it is a spell/trap put it into play on your side of the field.
second one is a heavy drawback so i gave it no starting stats because i don't know what would harbor this type of drawback

The first concept already exists, or at least a similar one does. It was one of the Yosenjus.

The second one is... interesting, to say the least. Relies a bit too much on rng or circumstances to be effective, though.

eh the second one the trap/spell is just to reduce one more drawback the idea was it would put whatever was on top of the deck into play on his side

isnt it just safe to just post the duels.
i mean the GM's character doesnt have much to do with announcements i think we can just use npc's to do it
