It's fine! We've had people join in recently enough so that they've only completed one mission. I think you'll be fine, lol. Also, I know it's disorganized, sorry about that, I tried out one way of having our CS section, and it failed, miserably.

We'll make a part 2 to this when we're done with part 1, lol. If the Character section wasn't such a mess, I'd be able to fix it by now, knowing what I do now, but... I don't think that's possible, given that a lot of people's first posts on that tab are on page 2+, and aren't as easy to find as a first-page post.
