I had something kind of similar happen to my truck a few months ago. There were some bearings inside the right front wheel that had burnt up. Damn wheel was about to fall off before I figured out what was wrong.

I just had my tired rotated and new ones installed for the rear. And earlier today I had installed new headlight bulbs.
