@Sif I once wondered why nobody tried to dual wield shields and beat the monsters to death. Or perhaps simply specialize in blocking incoming damage by being a one-person-shield wall.

"Pet": A large black jackal with what appears to be gold eyeliner a gold earring and a collar... Is named Anubis seems to be able to heal along with being an attack "pet"

I can answer that question, actually.
He is an entirely defensive character.
Using a variety of shield rushes, shoves, and slams, he creates openings for his brother Delcastle to swiftly take down larger foes without worrying about his own defense.
Its a combo play of beauty and trust seamlessly melded into a dance of power.
