Is it even possible for Azazel to use his magic in the temple? I mean it's blocking our access to the Keyblades so I would think having it double as an anti-magic field would be a no-brainer.

@Double Its about intention. Keyblades are weapons of great power, as long as the magic has no destructive intentions it can be used.

@Double Well how else would the temple care for itself it has to use magic too. It couldn't out right ban it, the temple itself is a living thinking building magic in its nature. Possessing light and dark in balance, so step out of line and it deals with you.
