I had a problem with changing avatars and, even though it's fixed, figured I would mention it. It was doing like other people in the thread said, swapping it out but now showing it. I tried the stuff mentioned in this thread, and what finally fixed it was deleting my cookies. I don't know if that's a server problem here, or something with my browser (Firefox) but just wanted to bring it up.

An avatar is always saved at the same URL on the server, so the browser just re-uses the image in its cache (the old one). The browser doesn't know that it should fetch the updated image from the server.

I need to bust the browser cache when a new avatar is uploaded. Low priority since it's only on the user side and eventually fixes itself when user browser cache times out.

I'm having a problem swapping avatars as well. It keeps saying i need to use an avatar that is 128x128 and I'm picking avatars smaller then that and it's still keep telling me the same thing. I've down it multiple times.
