Nice latos, a mega evolution is fine just control how powerful he is okay, since they can't be way overpowering in this rp.

Sceptile pay for his Mega stats quite much actually.

He gains 2 new weaknessess 1 4x weakness. For 1 immunity. +Stats and Stab for Dragon type moves.

So its not all positive really xD... One could say that Ice is pretty much his bane xD
