It's not as much about hiding things, it's just me not liking to limit myself to specific traits from the get go.

That's perfectly understandable. Not exactly GM, but I think it might do to have a couple traits established, particularly if, no, since there seem to be at least two characters (Father John, teaching classes, and Carolyn, following information to Miskatonic) who may know of Emil. Doesn't need to be fleshed out, but perhaps what someone may notice from observing him? Thus, changes can be justified as simply not knowing him well, and it gives them an idea on how they should react to, say, seeing your character at the library. Is he a frequent patron and so it's normal? Or is he seen so infrequently that it's considered an unusual event?

As I said, I get it, though, especially since I can literally have a character change from time of sheet postage to time of first post due to execution.

Now that you say that, I think it's a good idea to do something like that. I'll come up with a few traits later on or tomorrow morning.

Im toying with ideas for the reason August has come to town. Could easily go the route of him simply being on a case looking for a missing person but was also toying with the idea that his odd dreams as of late have actually lead him there-or maybe he just needed to get out of KC for awhile after steppin on the toes of Penderghast one too many times. I could even combine the three in differing variations; like maybe he's there to find a missing person at the behest of these damned dreams. You guys think any ideas sound particularly better than others?

cool man, I was sorta leanin that way myself. Now I just gotta decide how "specific" the dreams are, like if he even knows who hes looking for.

I got Augusts bio finished up for the most part I think-I can get into more details about why he is there, jut didn't wana go to crazy writing my bio.

Personally, looks good to me. I think ONL has to approve it to be accepted, but I like what I see.

@T Risket I like him. Only thing I can pick in is that you've seemed to delete the "Age" part of the CS. As for what Magical Potential, it's meant to be whether or not your character might be able to cast spells later on in the RP. I would say it depends on how well each one of the characters handle and deal with the occult, and if their minds can truly comprehend what ungodly power might surge through them as they cast "Summon Dimensional Shambler". If that helps, I feel like I'm ranting :P

But other than that, August Dupin is accepted. Good to have another Great War veteran in the game.

I'll wait a little while longer to let all fall into place, then I'll get an IC post up and set the scene for ya'll to commence your lives. Your average day-lives, that shall be turned on its head and drowned in the sea of blood, exploding into an orgy of violence. The end humanity, and all in the name of the "Old One", who soon shall rise...
