Power: he can manifest holy light in metaphysical ways to create semisolid objects
Bio: when he was around the age of 8 his family was killed in a gang shootout he was found hiding under his bed a glowing sphere around him bent bullets all over the floor he has been in and out of many foster homes and orphanages because of his peculiar nature . He is always willing to help another
Appearance : he has short blonde hair and silver/blue eyes his skin is a light tan he is 6'1" and weighs 200lbs he has a light glow about him

I also was thinking it would be more interesting to have someone there who's helping the caretaker as well as still trying to control their own power Spiro's a kind hearted guy like that and can't work in the public eye for the most part
