@Belle Music works? Well huh, that's...haaa~ I mean, I like it. But HAAAA, not such a good spell that froze it, then. =P Also that's not Falk breaking the spell directly, so does it count?

Also I wonder, why did she give Falk the task if she didn't want her heart thawed? Guess she didn't realize she'd be afraid of feeling again. <3 Heee, she reminds me of Alys~

@shylarah
It doesn't break the spell but it does weaken it a bit as long as she can hear the music, enough for her to have the whisper of feeling... Which terrified the crap out of her.

@BlackPanther Falk is enjoying himself. He's really only offering this as hospitably and favor.

There are very few alive that have lived longer than 10,000 years. It would be like being an old man and looking out at the world and with a handful of exceptions there's no one over thirty. It would feel as though you'd lived forever but you know none of them ever will.

I believe it is a comment on fae mortality rate proportionate to age rather than an insinuation that fae immortality is no longer on effect as that would sort of undermine the premise of the story and if it were true would either be common knowledge or not something Falk would let slip in casual conversation.

Hm. It's odd. I think it's more...you have to be a very clever fey to live so long. So...a lot of fey live a few thousand, and then there's only a very very few, like a handful, that live /much/ longer, by virtue of just being that good. Plus after a certain point they are very powerful and it becomes increasingly hard to dispose of them.

Sure but from the perspective of the ancient fae who know of maybe five people that are as old as they are the younger fae live and die very very quickly so though they are technically immortal the ancient fae don't really see it that way because they all expire, just not from old age.

Aisling's Song

Though I can honestly say this song applies to more than just her.

@Prince of Seraphs I heard it and I've loved it ever since. I actually stylized a character for another RP I'm in after Alice in Wonderland.

@LadyRunic I've always been a big fan of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. Especially the Jabberwocky poem.

The Girl Thats Never Been by Escape Key

"It's nothing like a writing desk at all."

Or my own answer. "Or the mad descendants of a writer's pen? "
