@fer1323 If you're saying you're going to get Shroomish, Ralts and Croagunk while you're on your way to Vareena, then that sounds reasonable, most other people will probably have full or nearly full teams by then. Not sure if there's going to be a Moss Rock around this early on though.

Hey, is there a place to train pokemon without fighting other players? Because Hoppip literally stands no chance against anything until level 8. The reason being that it's first offensive attack, Tackle, is learned at level 8...you can see how that'd be a problem.

You can certainly train on wild Pokemon and such, that wouldn't require Showdown and the only rule I'm imposing is to keep it within reason.
