@Guilty Spark God I wish. Despite the abysmal namesake, no-mans-land is rather beautiful. Untouched nature, mostly. I'll probably look into some art though.

@Empath Sure. Here's the template for anyone interested in creating something prior to the OOC opening up.

[b]First Name:[/b] <What do people call your character? An alias is acceptable>
[b]Last Name:[/b] <Optional>
[b]Age:[/b] <Um>
[b]Sex:[/b] <If you say 'yes please' so help me god I will hang you by your fucking nostrils>
[b]Home Nation:[/b] <You can pick one of the Quadra-Powers if you'd like, but you are also allowed to create your own nation>
[b]Appearance:[/b] <1-2 paragraphs minimum. You can also provide a picture if you're like. We just need to know what your character's hair, face, and body look like. Also remember to include Height and weight, I like those.>
[b]Personality:[/b] <1-2 paragraphs. You can expand on this in-character, but please provide a basic understanding of how your character acts>
[b]History:[/b] <1-2 paragraphs is fine, but I encourage you to expand on this as much as possible>

[b]Magical Capabilities:[/b] <Anything regarding Ki, and/or Arcane power should be listed here with bullet points. Do not go overboard, and stick to a theme. Still, the possibilities are limitless, so submit whatever you'd like! There's no guarantee it won't be accepted>
[b]Body Modifications:[/b] <Oh yes, body mods are a very real thing. They are however, hell on the body's arcane network. If one's arms are both artificial, they will be unable to manipulate arcane energy with anything but their feet. Likewise, a metal spine will make magic impossible, since the core of the network is in the brain. Mods like artificial organs or bones can however make you far stronger, or more durable than other humans. On top of this, your body may be equipped with weapons if it is partially artificial, but don't go overboard. Robots don't exist, and there's a limit to how many body mods you have have without outright dying>
[b]Weapons and Equipment:[/b] <Anything that isn't a body mod, and isn't obvious such as clothing, food, water etc, goes here>
[b]Specialties:[/b] <Knowledge, field of study, skills that may not be obvious at a first glance, this is the miscellaneous category, basically>

Oh yea, I forgot to ask if we should keep any details or information in mind of the Divers (culture, habits, ranks, cities, etc.) while shaping our character-ideas?

@Empath The onyl culture within the Divers collective is that run by Luke Juuno, the most popular Diver who spearheaded 'divers paradise' a rogue nation of Divers that isn't protected by a Force Field Generator. Other than that, there are no formal ranks/cities/cultues, and Divers act solely dependent on their own desires. 

I will be writing up an OOC today.
