the ic is now posted!! ill take this time to clarify a few things:

  • Obtain your starter from Professor Juniper and her team of researchers along with your very own Pokedex!


feel free to control professor juniper and all npcs from here on out. take the clues ive sent you as to what her personality is like by the letters ive sent you and what has been posted in the intro. shes rather mary sue-ish tbh so dont be afraid to interject some more personality into her, but try not to have her stray too far from character :p

the pokedex resembles todays modern day phones such as iphones and galaxys.

EVENTS!!


events are completely optional btw.

  • In the letters I’ve sent, there may be mention of a train traveling across Johto. Feel free to interact with other passengers or simply acknowledge their existence.


if you plan on interacting with one of the other players on the train, make sure you get their permission and work it out together. the train is traveling from olivine, thru ecruteak, down to violet city, then finally stopping in new bark town.

@Garethhaha pronoun simply means whether your character prefers to go by him, her, they, etc. go ahead and change that and ill accept you :)

Okay but now I'm just imagining BRIAR with their assistant acting like a butler and it's perf.

@Leovenyou can control her! unless i state that ill be controlling an npc, theyre all yours haha. juniper is a busy woman though so i doubt shell have time to make many more appearances ic, but u never know~

@Aquaknight OMG your post was PERFECT!!! i loved the way you portrayed the professor and their interaction had me rolling lol
