Personality: She can seem to have somewhat of a princess type attitude. Often holding herself a bit higher than others. Not out of conceit or the like though. In fact she is a caring person just she holds herself to high standards and as such strives to constantly meet them. This gives her somewhat of an unapproachable air. Though she cares for people she refuses to do things for them rather coaching them to do it themselves. Beyond that she is a bit of a romantic seeking for a "strong" person to sweep her off her feet.

History:
She was born in Atherny Ireland. Though after her birth she moved with her mother to Japan. She had a standard childhood and her interests no matter where they were sparked was often encouraged greatly by her mother. It was due to this that she was introduced into Judo from a fairly young age getting classes from the time she was 8. When she was 13 her mother was killed by a driver in a suv. A lot of her childhood despite its relative happiness though hid something dark. Her father held a secret holding a connection to a lot of the underground world. Working as a mercenary for any family with the largest pockets. Though this was hid from her and even after her mother's death caused her to stay in japan at her fathers wishes.

She hates getting her hands "dirty" due to this she often relies heavily on her illusions to try and make them knock themselves out. Though despite this and her odd weapon choice she is more than capable of fighting close range should it arise. Her skill in judo makes up a large majority of her close combat knowledge. As such she is more than able to defend herself pretty well. Though she lacks strength she makes up for it in her agility and flexibility.

Personality:: Valter mostly keeps his mouth shut and his facial expressions even more so, more often than not, and for the most part he seems relatively sane when he remain undisturbed. But the moment he opens his mouth, you would learn that he's a disrespectful, rude, vulgar, short-tempered, asocial, presumably psychopathic manchild.

Valter is, in a certain sense of the word, kind of totally the most infuriating asshole everyone probably hates, except for his mother, although even she admits that he could be a pain. For one, he's a selfish and spoiled little shit who will do anything he wants and have things go on his way just because he feels like it, and doesn't give a damn on what people would think and say about him. And if someone does try to say something about it, he would openly dare the person to do something about it to their face with with a challenging glare. He's the type of person who, if told not to speak in a colorful language, would loudly recite every swear word he knows from A to Z in any language he could speak in.

Tell the guy a stupid idea, and you can bet he's the first one to say "Let's do it!" with a serious face, or worse, a cackling grin. The worse the idea and the more it fits with his macabre sense of humor, the more he is likely to be in trouble. This is probably the only sense of social interaction he has a potential for.

However, despite all of that, Valter still has some good points as well. He's actually an intelligent and pragmatic boy, and has a logical mind. He knows what is the right thing to do in a situation, but it was him to choose the wrong options simply because he feels like it. He's also brutally honest, and would never betray his comrades. When he sees something or someone that catches his interest, he zeroes in with extreme intensity, and never lets go until he probably gets bored. He's like an underdeveloped child, when you think about it. A short attention span, terrible social skills and innocent cruelty.

History:: Valter grew up in a, while not lavish, decidedly comfortable life. He's the only son of a single mother who is often overseas, and while a loving mother, is not in any shape or form capable of raising a child by herself. But despite that, Valter does love his mother, even though he calls her "woman" instead of "mom."

Before his mother decided to permanently stay in Italy, Valter was living with his mother in a nomadic lifestyle. They would go to different countries and stay for no longer than a month. Little Valter never had the chance to learn social cues and whatnot with the constant moving around, and did not question his mother when she suddenly decided to teach him how to protect himself and lay out traps against the enemies. Valter didn't know who were these enemies his mother was talking about, and he still doesn't when they decided to permanently reside in Valter two years ago.

One of the clues that implies Valter didn't have a normal childhood, besides his personality, is the fact that he seems to be too precise and complicated with his "pranks," and has a disturbing amount of detachment that he could muster for the well-being of the people that surrounds him. Not to mention, his training in an elegant style of hand-to-hand combat.

Weapon/Fighting Style:: Valter is his mother's son, and that only means one thing: his specialty lies in traps. However, Valter's traps often includes explosions, explosions and more explosions. And lots of property damage. Don't be fooled though, because he's as deadly as his traps when in direct combat. Valter mixes hand-to-hand combat with his creative use and manipulation of gunpowder.

Personality:: If there’s one thing that can be said about Velia, it’s that she’s constantly drifting. She never stays with a particular interest or hobby for long, but jumps between them on a regular basis–one week she’s into sculpting, and the next, she’s suddenly interested in gardening. Don’t approve of her new hobby? Just wait a few days and she’ll probably move onto the next thing that catches her eye. If confronted about it, she claims that she’s just trying to experience all that the world has the offer, but the reality is that she just tends to grow bored of things rather quickly.

At the very least, she doesn’t treat other people with the same dismissive attitude as she does with the other things in her life. Velia likes to take on a big sister role around her friends, and is incredibly affectionate with the people she is fond of. She finds that she instinctively wants to take care of them, and is always willing to set down whatever she's doing if anyone requires a listening ear. While she can become quite physically affectionate with people close to her--she'll drape herself over them, or give them hugs--she will respect boundaries if it is made blatantly clear that the person she is interacting with is uncomfortable.

Overall, Velia is a warm and cheerful individual. She rarely lets herself get down, and responds to any negativity directed at her in an light and playful manner. A social butterfly at heart, she adores being with other people and is unafraid to throw herself out there, eager to make new friends whenever possible. Of course, her overly-friendly attitude tends to turn off some people, but that doesn’t always stop her from trying to pursue their friendship and try warming them up to her. Unfortunately, this does mean that she can be a bit of a pest, and gentle hinting isn’t enough to get her to back down--it needs to be blunt and to the point for it to sink through her skull. More than anything, she desires to be the type of friend that people feel that they can trust.

It is therefore somewhat hypocritical in that Velia encourages others to open up to her, but refuses to do the same when she is upset. She prefers to hide her own issues behind blinding cheer, and takes care not to let others know when she is in a dark place. She relies heavily on her own optimism to get her through her problems, and though it does work for the small things, she has yet to hit a crisis that requires more than just positivity to get her through. Although she is aware that her coping mechanism needs work, she figures that she’ll just deal with any issues as they come instead of worrying about them now.

History::

Her family life is a little strained due to the fact her parents got divorced when she was 4. Because they settled on joint custody, Velia spent her life going back and forth between her mother–who is presently single–and her father and his new family.

She’s a daddy’s girl and adores both her father and her step-mother, the latter of whom treats her like she’s her own daughter. Unfortunately, there is some tension with her younger step-sister, who has and continues to view her as an outsider who is intruding on her happy family life. Meanwhile, Velia–who has always wanted a younger sibling–is constantly striving to befriend the other girl in hopes of forging that sisterly bond. It was difficult enough to begin with, but now that her step-sister is a teenager, she seems all the more moody and adamant to rebuff her friendly advances.

At present, Velia lives with her single mother in Japan. Their relationship isn’t as close as she’d like it to be, mostly because she feels as if her mother is hiding something integral from her, especially in regards to why she and Velia's father originally decided to divorce. While she's not entirely sure what her mother is hiding, she feels that the way she reacts to her occasionally probing questions may indicate that the answer is somehow a dangerous one.

Weapon/Fighting Style:: A parasol that contains a long, slender blade hidden in its handle.
Special Characteristics:: It's the little details that Velia notices best--slight shifts in weight, the tensing of muscles, and eyes flickering to the side are all things that she actively looks out for both in battle and in daily life. She is a highly perceptive young woman, and while this by no mean indicates that she is all-seeing and can read every single move, it does mean that she can sometimes notice small details that others may overlook.

Essenzia Rosa - Mother - A woman in her late 30s who has connections with underground groups due to her family's business. She makes an effort to protect her daughter from harm--and from learning about her own background--but ultimately ends up distancing herself from her as a result.
Vita Palladino - Father - A man in his late 30s. He originally married Essenzia, unaware of the business that she often had to get herself into due to the Rosa family's history with the mafia. In the end, he decides the risk of danger and her lack of honesty is too much and chooses to separate.
Savaria Palladino - Step-mother - A kind woman in her late 20s. Despite the fact Velia is not her biological child, she makes every effort to treat her as such, and clearly cares dearly about both of her daughters.
Adrina Palladino - Younger step-sister - 15 years old. Her relationship with Velia is strained, though her dislike is one-sided.
