It can work, but the noise-cancelling technology would have to be potent enough. You'd have to do a good deal in explaining how much sound it blocks! :D

I have yet to figure out just how loud Sue can get :P

I am assuming that Matt is short for Matthew for you character. I have issues with shortening Matthew.

I hate calling my brother Matt. My little cousin we call Matt Matt or little Matthew. I just dislike the nickname Matt.

Avan, you're kind of making Matt seem overpowered, which shouldn't be possible with a human character. You're basically using the EMP arrows like the Adam West Batman gadgets. Why on Earth would he just be carrying those around? A quiver can only hole so many arrows, so it's not like he can just have a bunch of different arrows, and have more than one of each type.

I actually had to do research as to what EMP arrows were, and then resaeh to see if an iron man suit could withstand it.

It seems pretty likely to me that he would implement Faraday cages into his suits and Connor would do the same.
