Firstly: Sorry Iv'e been sorta vacant today. Secondly: I'm a little confused. If no one is supposed to be around the boundary in the woods, why do the Lalafell live so close? Cause if they are some sort of protectors that would make Julia a bit of vagrant wouldn't it? Also, I would need to ret-con the fact that Liarty lives in those woods. His entire shtick is that he is a hermit who lives off the land, completely far and away from anyone. It's why he lives near an area that people shouldn't be at.

I'm starting to think that maybe we should establish a few more rules of the land, because i'm getting a bit lost.

Also side note: It would be impossible for Julia to hear Liarty talking to others, he's super against that lmao. Sorry for being so nit-picky though D: I hope i'm not like, super annoying.

@deadpixel101 Let me clear things up.

It isn't forbidden to live near the boundary but it is forbidden to cross it.

The lalafell city would take about an hour or so walk to reach.

But I can edit the fact she overheard him talk and have her know some other way.

Alright I mean that's fair but if it's forbidden I would imagine there is either a wide area around it that no one lives, or a place really close to guard it/ process people who wander across for the safety of their world.

Okay that makes more sense but in the IC post you said:

She led them away, going deeper into the forest. She would of walked for a few minutes until eventually they got to a small gate. Julia opened it and showed them in and what they saw before they eyes was astonishing. Absolutely Beautiful.

"Wellcome to the City of Lalafell, Violet Grove."

Which means the city was a few minute walk from the forest.

And yeah I think things are a little messed up, I didn't really ask and just assumed the area around the forest was kinda off-limits so I put my dude there, there's not much reason for him to actually be there at all. And uh, I guess she could have found that pendant I mentioned in character earlier. That would give her a good reason to know his name, plus a reason for him to follow the group. You know, cause he'd want it back.

@deadpixel101

He could go there daily to check on visitors to see if anyone passed through. And Julia would be only staying there so long she'd live in the Lalafell village. As for the few minutes thing, I don't know why I put that. -_- Xd.

But yeah there probably would have someone guard the gap and he could be the person that they chose.

Sorry about all this.

Hmmmm. I never took him as the type to go with society at all, but honestly him choosing such a solitary job makes sense so yeah let's go with that. Then it'd also make sense as to why he lives there and she knows his name. And we can say he's following them because they aren't being processed or outright terminated! I guess Julia is a sort of criminal now? We should decide on the judicial portion of that, seeing as its kind of important now. Also, we might have to ret-con some things so it makes sense. If it's my guys job to stop them maybe the others ran? Or maybe she used magic to stop him? Or he just didn't notice until too late.

And no problem!

What I was thinking is this.

If a person is to ever pass through their world they are to be brought to the King/Queen before actions are decided. If they refused to come they are to be terminated. Perhaps he is following them to make sure they are taken to the main city to talk to the King/Queen?

Well I doubt the monarchs themselves could be trifled with such things but I'm sure they have relative authority to deal with it so either way the castle. And yeah he could be following to see if Julia is a reclaimer or not. This sort of means that if he discovers they aren't legal per say that she'll be charged. Is that okay? It's essentially harboring fugitives.

I like the idea that since that Lalafell town is so close that and they are generally friendly that they are often reclaimed. This would give Julia an easier time blending in. It would also make sense if that town is more used to outsiders then others are.

Should we pick up again right after the 4 leave the forest? If they have an hour or more to travel might as well have em talk a bit to get to know each other.

@deadpixel101 It's up to you. We could either fast travel to the Lalafell village or whatever. And they will be going to the main city at some point anyway so that's no problem. Although the Lalafell won't be used to outsiders considering Tyson and Quinn will be the first outsiders ever to cross the border.

Oh shit wait this hasn't happened before? Then why would they have people to process them? You'd think it was more a kill on spot sort of situation for safety or out of fear.

@deadpixel101 It would be for caution, and if they take a hostile stance and these people were to have some way to fight back it would be bad for them. Which is why the King will decide what happens when he sees them.

Basically, anything could come through that gap, but the people won't all want first impressions to be that of hostile. Some will act first ask questions later.
