Actually Shinigami are not Angels. They are higher order Kami, which are powerful spirits within the idea of confusionism, a hierarchy of spiritual beings.I'm warning you, some of the other players are going far above human maximum speed and strength. It's a dangerous world. I honestly recommend using something maybe a little more dangerous than a colt. Also, remember that many monsters, like vampires, require special techniques to take it down.

Not really. Just give him a special scifi gun, or something. Or perhaps simply legendary inhuman accuracy. Something like that. You could not do that, but it would cause mr Shinigami to get his ass handed to him by some of the more magically or technologically powerful characters.

Sure in this world how can you kill monsters like those who live there? Therefore he uses special ammunition, like a medly of firepower, explosive ammunition, holy ammunition, highly penetrating bullets and last but not least, supersonic bullets.Abilities/Enhancements: high reflexes, born with inhuman aiming abilityGear: Other: N/A((and sry it took so long, but I live in Austria so there is a slight time difference ^^))
