(Note: This is a CHAOS themed roleplay, your character MUST be a heretic of some form or another. Unless you're an xeno slave, but then I'll have to approve that.)


Plot:
On the rural Forest World of Dradanska, Chaos is spreading. What was once a firm Imperal agri world is now planting the seeds of heresy. Heretics, cults, and all manner of renegade are slowly coming out of the shadows intent on causing an uprising to please their dark gods. While small and unified, the foul stench of Chaos is suddenly emerging in the Hive City of Platos Gamma. From whispers of power and allurement, to heretical blasphemies being heard by workers and all manner of defacement against the planets house, Chaos is spreading and soon from the very corners of the Imperium if left unchecked the world of Dradanska may fall.

Rules:

1.This is sort of like a game of Black Crusade, only it's a story and not a table top RNG game. (Sorry, I hate dice rolls determining a story's plot.)

.Your character can be one of the following:
-A Tzeentchian
-A Nurglite
-A Slaaneshi
-A Khornate
-A cultist
-Chaos Undivided
-A heretek
-A Chaos renegade.
-A Chaos Space Marine (Note: You must not be a member of a legion or warband that's already active. )
-A sorcerer
-A psyker

2.Loyalist characters will have to be inspected to be approved. This story is centered around Chaos, thus there will be no Ultrasmurfs coming to save the day.

3.Astartes are rare, you can be a Chaos astartes if I approve it, yet they will be finite in the amount of characters who can be them, and I'm going to be very particular about who gets to play as one for the sake of the narrative.

4.Your character can die, this is Warhammer 40,000.

5.I will require a character sheet, mostly for balance and to be accepted. However don't sweat if you're new to playing as a heretic. I'll be pretty lenient as long as you make one that's balanced.

6.I don't expect everyone to have long and convoluted reasons that their character is here, but if you have an idea please do state how they got to Dradanska in your CS.

7.I'll reward characters at random with Chaos Mutations. For this I 'may' use rolls if I need to, please do not get upset if you get Tzeentch'd, it's all a part of his Great Game.

8.I may also roll Perils of the Warp every so often when the narrative calls for it for psykers.

9.In combat I am not sure if I'm going to go with rolls or not. I may or may not depending on how many people play or if I feel the need be.

10.Important update: The private server for this RP will be here: discord.gg/xDhQWC (In the Warhammer 40,000 section.) Otherwise, I can talk to people on the Guild's main server.

11.I've decided to allow factions, your character can be a part of one, yet they still have to roleplay as if they're a member of the party. (Think double alliances, infiltration, the allure of power, ect.)

12.Your character does NOT have to join a faction, they're simply there in case you need writing help or if you want them to be a part of a group. Factions that are accepted should not also clash with the heretic vs loyalist theme. Being a part of another group shouldn't be an excuse for your character "to be that guy". Remember, all forms of Chaos have a single goal.

13.I will also be accepting approved loyalist characters now as well, but please try to keep with the theme.

That's perfectly fine, as long as your character doesn't try to kill their "allies" in this. Being "that guy" in this RP may lead to their demise very soon, but it doesn't mean they cannot act bloodthirsty or cranky when needed. Also, Khorne likes warriors and warriors do share a brotherhood of sorts often. Rip and tear is fine, but it should be done in battle against a foe.

I understand perfectly, I'm also in college myself and very busy during the week. I intend for this to be a long term RP so more people can join in when they are available.

You can be a sorcerer, but I don't know what a Thousand Son would be doing here since it's pretty deep in the "boonies" of Imperial space. I have no problem with being a Tzeentchian psyker or sorcerer however, it's just Astartes really need a reason to be in what would be otherwise a normal agri-world. I need to limit Astartes, mostly have them be renegades for the sake of the plot. Chaos denomination is all up to you however, as well as basic role.

☼ Power Armour [Skinhidden Plate] | Years in the warp have caused his armour and skin to fuse into an effective and even more durable armour.
☼ Infernal Star | An iron halo corrupted by the Blood God himself gives Krull the protection he needs to get up close.
☼ Talisman of Burning Blood | There can never be enough rage in combat, this ensures that there is enough for all who are near.

Personality

The myth that all Berserkers are frothing madmen is for the most part true, however there are a few who have mastered the art of rage in battle so that it becomes an extension of their martial prowess. The most famous of these is Kharn the Betrayer, capable of utilising his rage to fell enemies as small as cultists up to the towering war machines of the Titan Legions. Krull is another such warrior. While he hasn't come closer to felling a Titan solo, he has the capability to control and channel his rage efficiently during battle. Outside of battle he is indistinguishable from most other power armoured individuals, capable of strategic planning and reasoned discussion.

However, his battlefield persona is one of pure bloodlust to rival Khornes own thirst for the crimson life force. He will slay all who stand in his way and treats all who stand in his way as foe. Headstrong, fearless and all round monstrous, there is no reasoning with him in battle.

His current want it so take the skulls of the strongest fighters for his God, even if that means aligning himself with the servants of the others Chaos Gods to do so. That isn't to say that if they prove themselves as capable, he won't challenge them.

History

☼ Took part in the Great Crusade.
☼ Was at Istvaan III fighting alongside Kharn.
☼ Critically wounded at the Siege of Terra but was evacuated safely.
☼ Fought demons for a century in the Eye of Terror.
☼ Emerged from the Eye with a warband of berserkers terrorising Imperial space.
☼ His warband was swayed by the whispers of Slaanesh where Krull was not. He slaughtered his warband one by one before killing the demon of Slaanesh that had turned his brothers.
☼ Most recently travelling the galaxy to find the strongest fighters to test his skills against.

Wow, that looks like a very detailed character there. There are a few things I'm concerned about however.I'm going to list them so hopefully we can work this out.

1.This is not a big issue, but I would like this CS moved to the Characters tab if you don't mind. It's fine for now but I would just like to keep that tab used for what it's meant to be used.

2.I'm fine with Khornates, but in this RP you're going to have to work with a party of Undivided, as well as other denominations of Chaos. I get how Khornates are, but I would like for your character to be at least able to kill the enemy and not their associates in this RP.

3.I do have a limit on Astartes due to what I have planned, I would also like to know how this berserker got onto the world and how they got into the undershive level of a hive city with a bunch of cultists and renegades.

4.There will be several factions in this story, I would like a valid reason why he would be here and not around a more combative sector of the galaxy.

I would say I'm rather impressed on how much detail your character has, perhaps later on I will host an actual Chaos Astartes roleplay, but this one is sort of to be a mixture due to the plot I have. I'm not going to decline, but I would like some of the issues I've posted addressed.

Alright, but you could you know, just play as a normal Khornate cultist. That's perfectly fine if you wanted to play as a Khorne cultist or something like a "mortal" champion or priest. TBH the difficulty setting would be roughly the same as an Astartes anyways. Maybe you want to make up a guy who's just a Khorne follower but not an Astartes for this?
