Clothes: Looked like something she got at Goodwill when she first arrived in her junior year. These earned her the nickname Junkyard Jane. Junkyard Jane was also a new Marvel Superheroine after she got permission to use Marvel characters in her recycling ad posters she started putting up at school - from Stan Lee himself. She used her own face for Jane and looked like a salvage yard version of Wonder Woman.

She has a tendency to go with jeans, or blue jean looking blues like the shirt above. Also will get a brown leather jacket for cooler weather, maybe a jean jacket.

Scars: Covered with them. Most small ones have faded in the past year or she uses makeup. Looks like she might have tried to kill herself by slitting her wrists - straight across and jagged. Not true. Gang tried to kill her and she ended up in a bad accident. (hit by a truck and a police car.)

Background
Diane came from a large military family - or rather was adopted into one as a stepchild. By default, large meant poor. After all, the government didn’t issued families. On their fixed income, while dealing with medical issues and the costs of constantly moving from base to base life was tough. One had to learn to adapt to survive. It didn’t help that her mother little better than trailer trash. It didn’t help that her stepbrother and stepsister into everything their father forbade - gangs, drugs. He assumed she was too.

Last summer her stepbrother and stepsister were both killed by a rival gang. At least that was the rumor. The same gang broke into her home and killed her mother and two younger half brothers. Her father was on tour overseas at the time and never made it home.

She moved to Rome, GA where she lived next door to a salvage yard with foster parents. At least that was the rumor. The truth was that she was Emancipated and RENTED them. She also worked for them as their IT department and had begun to turn into their Marketing Manager. She found them through their attempt to become foster parents or even adopt which was being very slow to approve.

Skills / Training:
Diane abounds with creative talent. She is also a very talented hacker, though she doesn’t like to abuse her skills. She customized her own laptop and can build her own motherboard from scraps. She has a photographic memory and speed reads. Her vision is 20/10 and 20/13 (left and right eyes). She has perfect pitch. She got her GED at 14, but never told her parents. She didn’t feel ready to face the adult world - and her stepfather would have used it as an excuse to make her life more of a living hell.

Clothes: Normally wearing blue jeans, leather work boots, and a brown or green t-shirt when he's working. Troy normally sports a more redneck or blue collar look especially when he’s wearing his leather protective gear for shop class. However, when he relaxes he normally wears loose fitting brown or black slacks with a light jacket and running shoes.

Jewelry and Tattoos: A necklace his aunt gave him, a leather strap with a medium-sized wire wrapped Smokey quartz crystal hanging from it.

WHY are you a witch? Troy was introduced to Wicca by his Aunt Sasha as a way to cope with the loss of his parents and brother. Although it was a little strange for him at first, he soon grew to enjoy it and its teachings. Finding its use both relaxing and peaceful for his heart and mind.

General:

Generally speaking, Troy can be categorized as the strong silent type. He enjoys working with his hands and being alone finding the company of most others to be bothersome at best. Slow to anger but when he is angry it could be summarized as a burning rage. The boy doesn’t always pick up on social ques and prefers others to be blunt with him even if it seems rude. He can be a dick sometimes, but he means well. Ultimately he just wants to protect and help others. He finds joy in seeing others smile from his actions and can be very selfless towards the few people he calls friends.

Background:

Troy was born to a rather well off family in bend Oregon. His father was a manager at a manufacturing facility and his mother worked as a lawyer. He had an older brother as well that was much more outgoing and intellectually gifted compared to him. They lived in a nice ranch style home just outside the city and enjoyed outdoor activities together. A rather nice and quiet upbringing for him, that was until he was 12.

He remembers that night. Often having nightmares about it. Their family was coming back from a camping trip late one evening. They were supposed to have stayed the whole weekend out at the lake but a storm system was moving in and pushed them out of the area. That same storm caught up with them in the darkness. Now troy wasn’t afraid of storms and actually enjoyed them up until this point. For you see they weren’t alone on that stretch of high way. Another car heading in the opposite direction swerved into their lane. The driver had been drinking and decided to go for a late night drive in the company truck.

He doesn’t remember much after that. The collision gave him a concussion, internal bleeding, several broken ribs, and 3rd degree burns across his chest. His father and brother died in the crash, his mother died shortly after in the hospital. The driver of the other vehicle suffered a broken leg but was otherwise OK. Troy woke up in a hospital a week later and hardly remembered who he was or who his parents were. His aunt Sasha Warnock from Rome Georgia took him in after that, she was a personal trainer that often worked with high level athletes.

Since then, he was rather reclusive after the wreck, dealing with depression and physical therapy. It took him a year before he enrolled in school again. Even then he was still quiet, rarely responding to anything from anyone. He did his school work and went home where his aunt would teach him about Wicca and work with him through his depression.

Skills / Training:

Troy excels at anything that requires him to work with his hands. Blacksmithing, carpentry, mechanic work, landscaping, plumbing. He favors blacksmithing over the others. He is currently training on whatever medical courses he can get his hands on and holds an advanced first aid and CPR certificate. The boy also has good skills with wielding swords and axes as well as with boxing.

When it comes to spells and the like. Well, he’s a natural and a born witch he just doesn’t know it. He has an elemental gift being the blessing of fire. With this gift he always seems to be warm but never overheats and has an affinity but not an obsession with fire. Other than that he practices candle and rune magic. He is a little unsure of how much this actually helps him and others but tries his best to work with protection and luck magic.

Troy can also be forgetful due to his head injury and has a hard time recalling names or faces to the point where he gives others nick names to help him remember. He’s also not always the best student when it comes to history or higher level mathematics.

Home Life:

His Aunt Sasha had a fairly large sum of money from a legal settlement and lives comfortably with troy. After she had a stroke she has a caregiver that takes care of her at the house during the day and Troy takes care of her at night. She doesn’t talk much and can’t get around on her own very well. She mostly just sits in her favorite chair in the living room and either watches TV or looks out the front window. When troy is home he spends his time talking to her about his day or working the forge he built in their back yard. there is also an old shed in the back yard that's partially covered in vines, locked behind the door is an alter Sasha helped him make.

There is a few rumors tossed around that he is a serial killer because he is a little creepy sometimes. Another rumor is that he was in jail for a while or is in witness protection due to him never talking about his family or childhood. Because of these things and just him being intimidating with his size and constant silence he doesn’t get bullied too often. When he does it’s always something said behind his back or when the bullies approach in a group.
