Gotham City (Villain RP)

This is just an idea I wanted to see if other people would be interested in. I would prefer people to play Canon characters from the series that everyone knows, operating on a first come-first serve basis.

The plot would be based around the villain's day-to-day adventures, not necessarily committing crimes. What if two of Gotham's most wanted happened to meet each other in a seedy nightclub, or happened to find themselves taking the same Taxi some place?

Ideas and criticism are welcomed. I would love the chance to try something like this out!

Awesome! Glad someone might be interested. Incase this Thread becomes popular, I want to reserve the character "Two-face" for myself.

So, I imagine there will be an underlying plot that will be revealed? From the original post, it seems like it is just the villains living their lives regularly.

My main thoughts are more about character development. People choose what villain they want to portray, and they express their views and thoughts to each other. Of course, they all HATE Batman, maybe that could be their common interest?

If people have their favorite bad guy, then they have their own opinion on why they do the things they do. For me, Harvey Dent gets scarred not just physically, but mentally. His thought process would be as follows,

"I just got scarred for life! I've spent most of my adult life defending the innocent from evil, yet I'm the one who gets attacked! The police here in Gotham are terrible at their job! They depend on some weirdo in black tights and a bat-suit to keep order. What type of joke is this?? I've put more criminals behind bars than this cross-dressing, fancy dress freak has done ever since he first tried on latex! I've stood up to the hardest criminals in this town, I've taken an acid attack to the face, and I'm still living to tell the tale.

This Batman can go back to whatever dark Cave he creeped out from! Screw the Dark Knight! Gotham City's White Knight has now turned Grey!
Let the citizens know the true meaning of justice. A man who serves his city for years becomes de-formed from an acid attack, now everyone abandons him! Like a flip of a coin, people's views change...

Seems interesting, and a solid take on Two-Face's personality. Just one more question; will there be a Batman present here, or will he pretty much be an NPC to cause conflict?

I hadn't planned it. Seeing as Batman is still more of an Occasional occurrence in a city full of crime, Batman would only really show up for large-scale crimes and attacks on the City. You could talk about him like he could show up at any moment, but for the most part, no.

Urrm, I never even knew Dracula was an enemy of Batman until just now. I don't see why not, but you could be limited if it becomes daylight.

Nice to see so many people show interest after a while! If everyone's happy with their character, I can make the Thread.

If you will allow I could role play Drac's minions during the day. Not Vampires, of course.
