The most expensive items I have ever bought are my current phone and laptop.

My laptop was $580 after taxes, and my Samsung 8 was a little over $400 after tax. It was unlocked and I got it at best buy.

@Winter Star12 How dark are we talking?

You can do bleach, but if you've never dyed your hair before, I recommend a professional.

Furthermore if you wanted to do it at home, bleach what you want and let the bleach settle into your hair for about a week before applying color. Also don't bleach your roots.

Deep brown almost black. I do have some bleached streaks in my hair already that have been settling since summer but I just need dye to try the streaks out before going everything purple

You always dye it, never cut it.

I did cut it last time, but I had to because the bleached part was dead.

This time I'll just get rid of the dead ends. I can't wait until it gets long again.

Your hair doesn't take time to grow. I have noticed. Some people cut and BOOM! Karen haircut forever.
