@Dark Cloud so you can shoot the wand successfully but you don't notice anything.

Nobody looking at you notices anything change either.

roll me 3x 1d4 and add 1 to each roll for how much damage the magic missiles do.

You mean the one standing next to the crate of open wands, holding an armful of them, or the one giving a live demonstration?

Keeping in mind; dwarves don't like orcs, Einkil has no love for the law, and dwarves have a habit of loyalty to each other with little hesitation.

chill dude. Necroes is asking because his dwarf looks like a criminal with all the wands in hand as if he's just swiped them from the crate, so he just wanted to clarify who Krusk was talking to so he could react properly. It's not about arguing, it's about clarification so we can all collaborate.

There's an unspoken rule to say you don't take IC problems OOC and OOC problems IC. Just because orcs and dwarves don't get along IC doesn't mean the players rping those characters are trying to start arguments lol
