Alright as some already know, this RP is loosely based on The Most Dangerous game, as well as other films and novels that have a similar concept. Here players will be playing the part of the hunted, people abducted, coerced, promised wealth, or by some other means drawn into this elaborate set up for those in positions of wealth or power to pursue and kill normal people.

I will put this out here in the fist post, once this starts there are not likely going to be points in the story to introduce more characters. Character death is also probably going to be more likely in this game. Stats will be done with point buy, 27 points more specifically, for simplicity. I will have players take maximum hit points for each level, this is done to help with allowing characters to live a bit longer. All characters will start at level 3. All source books from the 2014 5e rule set are legal for this game.

@rush99999, @Vertigo, @XxFellsingxX, @Guardian Angel Haruki, and @N3v3rM0r3 you may go ahead and start posting character sheets here in the OOC.

I do not plan on starting this just yet incase others who are interested wish to throw their hat in.

To all interested or in the game if something comes up and you cannot post for awhile, please let me know and I will work around that as best as I can. I do not want you to feel left behind and will do my best to give a summary of events that occurred while you were away.

More detail for this game will be added, probably in the next couple of posts that I will have reserved, as well as information for certain NPCS to be posted in the characters tab.

The hunting grounds: A demi-plane maintained by the founder of the Syndicate for the purposes of discretely, at least from the majority of the masses, hunting humaniods for sport. Due to it being a fabricated existence, there are multiple regions that people could try to hide in. Massive mountains riddled with caves, swampy mangrove clusters, frozen tundra in near constant blizzard states, thick ancient seeming forests, open rolling plains, and so on.

Backstory: Mapogo was once an ordinary leonin, but then he mysteriously developed a monstrous craving for murder and the consumption of humanoid flesh. After a particularly violent manifestation of these cravings, Mapogo retreated from society and fled into the wilderness to escape those who now wanted him dead and to keep himself from hurting anyone else. He discovered a strange and possibly magical key during his time in isolation, and would later go on to be drawn into the hunt with promises of a way to rid himself of his bloodthirst if he survived.

Appearance: A scrawny young woman who stands at around 5'8, with pale bluish-grey skin, seaweed for hair, pale yellow eyes, and jagged shark-like teeth. Like all hexbloods, she has ears that split into forked points, and an eldercross around her head, hers resembling a crown of pale yellow coral. She is dressed in a dark, ragged dress that is decorated with bits of debris she found in the sea (e.g. fish hooks, an anchor, star fish etc)

Backstory: Annie was raised in the Feywild by her two sea hag 'aunts', Margot Minnowcatcher and Ivette Icebreaker, to replace the deceased member of their coven, Sadie Stoneskipper. Annie doesn't remember anything of her life before she was found, only that her aunts supposedly rescued her from a near-death situation and because of that, she should be grateful to them and do whatever she tells them. And for the longest time, Anenome was happy to do so: she trained with her aunts to do the same magic that they could, and believed all the things they told her about the Feywild and the realms beyond. Sure, they weren't always the nicest to her - Ivette in particular was quick to threaten her with violence the moment she did even the slightest thing wrong - but they were the only family she had and she did, in her own way, love and admire them.

It was only when she reached adulthood that things took a turn. Annie had already become a little more rebellious, her curiosity to experience the world away from her aunts' influence causing her to often sneak away and would often draw their ire, but the thing that finally pushed her away from them was when she overheard them talking about her. She would often hear them muttering about things when they thought she was out of earshot. Through these secret conversations, she discovered how they really felt about her and, more importantly, that they had not rescued her like they had said, but instead stole her away from her real family on the Material plane. Distraught, Annie decided to run away from her aunts, packing away any random objects she could find and leaving their cottage. Eventually, she managed to find her way out of the Feywild... only to find herself not in the Material Realm, but a strange demi-plane where she must fight for her own survival.

It seems your HP needs adjusted though, 5d8 should be 40hp, +2×5 for your constitution. By that math you should be at 50hp.

Berghest was once nothing more than a hunter of his goblin tribe, eking out survival through cunning and ambush. That life ended when he was captured by a fledgling sect of Blood Hunters, pioneers of the Order of the Lycan. Still struggling to tame the curse of lycanthropy for themselves, they turned instead to subjects they deemed expendable: the unwanted, the weak, and the reviled. Berghest was one such unfortunate soul, chosen to endure their wicked experiments.

But the Blood Hunters found unexpected success. Berghest not only survived the ordeal but became the first to master the curse without losing himself to madness. He retained his goblin instincts and intellect while embodying the monstrous ferocity of the beast within. Even more, he wielded Hemocraft — the forbidden magic of blood — seamlessly while in his hybrid form. He was, by every measure, the first true success of the Order of the Lycan.

When the experiments were complete, Berghest was released, the Blood Hunters believing their work had proven its point. But Berghest returned to his tribe a changed creature, more than goblin, more than beast. Within weeks, he challenged his chieftain in brutal combat, tearing him apart beneath the blood moon. With dominance established, Berghest crowned himself the new leader of the Beast-Hides. Under his rule, the tribe was transformed, as his curse seeped into his kin. Soon, the world would whisper of a terrifying new breed — natural-born were-goblins, children of the first beast-chieftain, Berghest Feral-Hide.
