Late in saying this, but good post Gunther and good posts all around.
@TheyraI love this idea. How will the presence of an immortal impact the course a society progresses along? Oh what fun. :)
@TheyraI know I was the last one to post, but how long should I wait to post again? Btw, that was a rhetorical question. ;)
Okay, just when you can.
@Crusader Lord How are you doing?

I was, in fact, unable to get something up here. Or, rather, get a post idea in my head to work with. Blargh. At the same time, I work the next couple of days, so I won't be posting then, but this writer's block is a touch...frustrating. Frustrating indeed.
Yeah, writer's block sucks, and the best I found to deal with writer's block is just to write. Which I know sounds hard, but that is the best solution, forcing yourself to write. But either way, I will get a post up this week before Friday.Spot on! Even if what you write is crap, it will generate something. That something might have a kernel of goodness in it that you can expand and edit later.
@Theyra I wrote my first post without reading yours or others posts. I didn't want to copy someone inadvertently and to muddle through it by myself. But now, I have read your most recent post and your first two. You wrote positions I hadn't considered. I wanted my character to not be chastised or isolated immediately. but I like where you have taken your character. The idea of a romantic relationship has struck me. I was planning to wait on that for a bit.
EDIT: Today, I live in Eastern Massachusetts, but I grew up in Western Mass. When I took my children outside at night and looked up at the sky. If it were a cloudless night, we might see a half dozen stars with all the light pollution. Then I took them camping in the mountains of my youth and the number of stars rose to a billion. It was so bright just by the number of stars where light pollution is minimal. I appreciate your illustration on that point.
@TruckKun
Do you want to make a collab in a google doc or something?
Or just gloss over things in our posts?
