To be totally honest I've actually set this RP up on another site that is very blue and white and popular with zoomers with the exact same name. Maybe I'll change it so that I won't confuse myself (or anyone who happens to also be here and there), maybe I won't. I actually thought of testing the waters here to see how far things will go here. You know, marketing data. Or something.
Yes, I copied everything from there too, maybe some changes but pretty much copied.

This world was created by patching together many parts of many worlds together, stitching them, layering them, even merging some lands into one. Some say the original worlds were on the verge of destruction, either by the forces of evil or the natural order that retcons and rewrites. Others believe that this is all just the work of some mad god. By pulling energies from across the multiverse itself, it even started to birth its own incarnations of settings and individuals that it had not assimilated, settings and individuals that would normally not be birthed from the same soil. Ebbs across timespace simulate centuries and mellenia of history for the ones birthed from this world, so events from what should be before this patching truly did happen.
It's been a while. Heck, maybe you weren't even born when it happened.
How will your life be in this strange world?

So basically this is one of those multifandom settings where all are of the same world so that it's a bit easier to meet. There will be true crossdimensional shenanigans later, but uh... I'd like to get some fundamentals down first.
1. In general, you take a character from an existing work and play them, simple as. They have their established history, at least up to a certain point, and maybe with appropriate changes.
2. If a work has three or more incarnations (e.g. Transformers, the big 2 of comics, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Black Rock Shooter, you get me), you're allowed to craft and create your own new incarnations of the setting and characters using the franchise's history. A little mix and match in acceptance that this'll never be Earth 52. Or 626. Or the true Geewun. You get me. But do try to make this adjacent to a Prime/Main timeline. Like, don't make it an outright cowboy AU or whatever with no basis.
3. In the context of 2 - stuff that are shared universe (Library of Ruina, Limbus Company, LobCorp) count as one. Yes, I had to iterate that. Likewise, stuff on the same timeline or kinda-timeline (i.e. the first four Ben 10 shows; or the Transformers G1 timeline that extends into Beast Wars stuff) count as one for the sake of this because they are literally sequels and prequels that occur in the same universe.
4. In the context of 2 - I only count stuff adjacent to a "Prime" or "Main" timeline. So for example for Transformers, Geewun and the other main shows that aired on TV count towards this number, but stuff like say, the Shattered Glass Universe/s or IDW's Functionist Universe, or I guess I good example would be one of those alternate universes that characters visit within their own series that don't have a dedicated series or show of their own, don't add to this number. You understand what I'm saying right? Also while comics that exist as non-canon side material for a continuity don't count as extra (I know someone's gonna use this as an argument), comic series that are their own dedicated continuity count. If you don't get the fine print, do ask. Thanks. Also before you ask Kamen Rider and Super Sentai in general is treated as one big ass timeline, but there's some nuance with the four or five Ichigo incarnations worth discussing. Don't think too hard about this part this is just fine print so that I can say "please do not" if someone wants to loophole something, you can basically ignore this.
5. In the context of 2 - PLEASE do not use this as an opportunity to play blatantly different Fan AUs. I am begging you. Please. Do not. You know exactly what I am talking about.
6. You can play a wide range of franchises. Doesn't have to be the punchy kicky beamy kind. It can be... about being idols. A Master of idols. An Idol Master even. Or driving. Or your mom. Or horse racing. Wink wink.
7. I do not want to obstruct characters based on power levels and bullcrap, but please do not devolve into mathematical calculation debates here. Goku vs Superman is allowed to go either way no matter how much math there is. Using mathematics for this stuff is disingenuous as for the most part authors of the original source material do not care about that. Also while I'd rather not do blatant nerfs please apply storytelling nerfs whenever appropriate, be it as simple as holding back or running out of creativity or hesitating to hurt civilians, all that.
8. I would prefer that you do not portray OCs if possible, especially if you have a wide array of other options. If you're worried if stuff like first-person characters with no official appearance, heavily customizable player characters and MMO avatars count towards this - no, they do not. Go nuts with your Club Penguin player character or something.
9. For the time being - one incarnation each. Like you can't have two Optimus Primes, but I'll allow something like... Nobunaga from Fate/Series and Nobunaga from Nobunaga's Ambition coexisting. You get me. Obviously if it's stuff like Petey Spider-Man & Miles Spider-Man or the three Blue Beetles I'm fine with it. Same applies to say... player characters that are embodied by a role they play and there's evidence or possibility of there being more than one of them.
10. I'm open to discussing how the series you introduced can be integrated into the RP. Despite the above, there might serve to be a bit of nuance here and there.
