[OOC] When revolvers ruled the West - A casual/low-advanced Western RP based on various Spaghetti Westerns etc.

I told ONL that I had too many favorite Western movies to mention just one. Another Favorite movie is "The Magnificent Seven" from 1960. And now someone had to go out and make a new one. If it didn't have Denzel Washington in the lead role, I would probably pass. But I am a big Denzel fan. I've always wanted to an RP based on the Magnificent Seven.

A Magnifecent 7-ish theme may or may not be part of this one, we'll see :P But Joseph looks good, he just seems like a fairly integrated member of society, someone who's quite stable. Oh I wondering what his dark, dark secret will be. But look through the rules again Gunther, you've missed something crucial.

I don't know if any of you watch the Walking Dead, but I'm not feeling too great about what just happened tonight. I know it wasn't a huge surprise; someone was going to die, but it is just tough. I've been watching this show for six years. Since Day one and... I won't say who died, but it is rough.

If Mingan and Iiniwa stay we stay in the group. If we leave we go off on our own for a bit. Either is fine to me, but Mingan has no investment with the others in the RP yet. At first glance, they get on their horses and leave. What would you like to do?

What about the others? Does it matter if the two native bounty hunters leave?

Man, I loved that show... The thing is and I understand Lily has complete apathy, the Seneca (Mingan) is a tribe that came in contact with European settlers a lot earlier than the Comanches or Apaches our characters would come in contact with in the story. Also, the Blackfoot (Iiniwa) living in Canada are living in harmony with the European settlers north of the border. They are accepted, not spurned as much against like the whites in the US. But as I stated, Lily doesn't give a shit.

Sorry for my clear absence, school and shit really caught up with me this week and will continue to do that until this Saturday :( But if I'm lucky, I might be able to get a post up tonight. If not, I'll be back during the weekend, and you can have fun posting and shooting each other in the mean-time :P

My thought of the bandit-attack was more along the lines of them just wanting to show dominance, but the clear resistance they're facing works if we plan to follow them and fuck some shit up ^^
