Merlin, Can you tell me more about "Mystery and Hand"? I read what you wrote about the Tarot card. This is an intriguing aspect of the Role Play. I even looked up the meaning of the cards on a tarot card website. I don't know what to enter in this spot on the Character Sheet. When I read the meanings of the cards, the "Five of Cups" came closest to my character's personality of where his mind is at, right now. Should I look for a card like this?

@NoxiousLovely. I understand the time commitment so obviously no pressure but I imagine this will be a little slower paced and not too labor intensive. I just started back to school so I plan on running this in a fashion conduce to fun and decent writing but its in casual for a reason. i didn't want things to get to ridiculous in terms of writing requirements.

Right now its between a shapeshifter who alternates between female and male (Its tied to magical aspects of the tarot), A runemage or a Vampire of some sort

Hmmm. Trying to think what the best option from the supernatural section is...you might just be a unique being... You could make it work as like a...Reincarnated if one of the forms was unhinged and bill it as a beast within kind of character a-la jeckle and hyde.

Or.

An unliving whose soul was crafted as both genders or neither, as a result it is capable of rearranging its appearance at will and putting one of two personalities.

If possible, both souls are fully human. I am thinking someones ritual to appease the Reaper went wrong, and they were merged instead of consumed. In order for both to live, they have to share the same host.

@Gunther Okay I got the example character up. You will note he has a section called personal cards and there is just a number there. That is how many cards of the current deck relate to him or his life. If you have some sort of secret or mystery in mind related to the character you will come up with basically a minature plot related to solving this mystery and it becomes a personal card. So you will list it as 1 or more depending on how many you create over the course of the game. As for your hand, leave it empty. When my deck is complete I'll deal everyone their opening hand so to speak. Mysteries are only there if you have a larger Mystery you wish to put forth as the main mystery. Those will be added later if you opt to add them. Henry's has the first main mystery since I plan on running the majority of them.

A Samish Noaidi (Shaman among the Indignous Scandinavian people called The Sami). Abilities incluse spiritwalking trough self induced trances. Angling to have her be a mediator whos place of work is treated as neutral ground by most supernatural beings.

Also;
Spinster/seamstress was the preffered cover for prostitutes. I know this becouse of Diskworld.

@Hellisits actually a term for a past the usual age for marrying unmarried woman though it does periodically take on a derogatory connotation

As for the character that looks amazing. I recommend a spot on the outside of town or the edge of perhaps Chinatown. Plenty of cards to turn there. I like the direction its going though

And I do love werewolves and undead too, but how often does someone *actually* bring WoD changelings into the mix?
