Quick Note for everyoneIf you have a card for your character PM me please with that card from the deck you want to use and I need to know what the paragraph long mystery hook is. This is so that when we are close to finished with everyones characters I can deal cards. If I have lots of person cards then it means I have to write less cards but I need to know what card you want to use so I don't accidentally use it. Keeping in mind you don't have to write a card.

Out of curiosity, if an individual was already effectively Abmortal - and subsequently immune to disease, could they still become moon-scarred? Or could they be immune to said toxins as well?

@MysT3CHdepends on the nature of the abmortal. Some am mortals just don't die via age. Some can be killed still. Although I'm usually hesitant about mix8ng and matching supernaturals. Let me see what you come up with before I make a call. Though I'd say in the person can't be killed then they would be immune to the effects of the bite versus if they can be killed but just don't age then they could probably become moonscarred

@Gunther Really glad to have the opportunity to play with you again. I always enjoy your characters. I think our characters could have a nod and smile, drink a beer relationship. I plan on making mine a pretty quiet guy, but helpful and *trying* to be a good, normal, person. I'll let you make the call once my character sheet is up.

@MysT3CH Unfortunately I'm going to have to say No to Johnathan Reeves. He explicitly violates my "No Supernatural Hunter" clause in the Magic User section. He is also an invincible Abmortal with the moonscarred ability. That combination is unacceptable since not only is he immortal and invincible but he possess a variety of other supernatural powers. In addition to that the character's abmortality includes powers far beyond simply cheating death, which is unacceptable. The curse also transfers and reverts supernaturals which I'm going to veto immediately as there is next to nothing in this world that will undo a supernatural change. If there were it would be rare, unheard of and the center of a lengthy card related mystery and would be directly related to that supernatural being not a blanket 'removes supernatural status'. The prosthetic limb has no explanation since its not a period piece. It would need some sort of explanation (this is more knit pick since it appears to be there to simply shore up a potential interesting character weakness 'I lost an arm to a Wendigo'.) Overall the character feels like he would have been quickly run out of Job by the combined might of the supernatural communities who would have identified him as an immediate threat given his current state and run him off. In summary the character is unbalanced and needs more work in terms of how he fits into Job. A few knit pick notes: General knowledge of the supernatural is rare, even rarer is knowledge about things like Reapers, angels, demons, and the divine messengers and harbingers of other faiths beyond the judo-christian faith. I left things like angels and demons off the list on purpose as they represent the initiation into some of the ultimate mysteries of the world like: Is there a god? a devil? Vishnu? What about the gods of other mythologies? Crow? Coyote? Ra? Sun Wukong? Thor? Job is purposefully written such questions unanswered though it hints at the fact that there may be more in the world beyond what I have listed. At this time I would prefer to keep it that way. Try again with the character and then let me know

Edit: I wanted to go on record that the writing and the general idea behind the character is not BAD inherently. It just seems overly powerful in relation to the nature of the supernatural type and it brings the character into direct conflict with blanketly ALL supernatural in Job. Im off for the next few hours if anyone else has suggestions for edits to MysT3CH's character please feel free to brain storm.

The moon scarred thing was meant to be rendered impossible due to his immunity to disease. As per your reponse to my earlier inquiry. He cannot die yes. But is not invincible. Other beings of supernatural presence can harm him, as seen when the werewolf ate his arm. Which was stated in the CS. All damage he receives is tangible but heals quickly unless inflicted by a supernatural. So he can be stopped by them easily. And weapons which would normally affect supernaturals like silver would hurt him. Which I also stated, though perhaps was not clear on my intent. I am open to possible fixes for his abnormality i guess.

I can understand that, but again this isn't something he can control. and only happens if he is killed. I can remove this no problem. But it isn't like it would happen save to once during the RP (If he dies)

I kind of wanted a character that would be at odds with the whole community. As i wanted to explore the idea of him being an outcast among outcasts. But alas, i again didn't factor the no hunter thing. I'll edit him up. Though him hunting the pack was really just meant to be his excuse to be there, I understand your reservation given that rule which I seemed to have over looked. Thank you for the timely feed back though.

@MysT3CHokay cool. Tone back the mark of Cain and let's come at this from a: he's a hunter but he's still looking for his place in The world. So the community is watching him carefully to see what he's going to do. I'd link to leave off the supernatural cure part of the mark. While I understand it would only happen once with his death I'd honestly prefer that perhaps it can jump to particular supernaturals. Undoing a supernatural curse is a big deal and I would like the mark the be a big deal too. Just let's avoid too much direct interaction for now. I must have misunderstood the moonscarred part. My bad there. If that is the case then you can leave the marks powers alone just dial back its ability to effect weapons. As for the arm I'd like atleast a small explination
