In a way you're right, but unless they reach a level of power equal to a God, then they are still at a disadvantage. Even Pithy and Sylvestre who, by the standards of this tournament, are rather weak, would still have the means to defeat some OP fucker if they didn't know how to use their powers.

@kapuchu I never argued that they couldn't be beaten, merely that obtaining enough power still makes them a credible and difficult threat even without combat experience.

So how's everyone? We've slowed a little. I can put out another post to update the three people waiting (which would make since considering that's almost half our roster now) but I'm still waiting on @BCTheEntity, @ProPro (who is excused for the moment because of moving) and @Kapuchu.

Hit a rough patch with my wrists just recently. I have ups and downs, and just so happened I hit a down. Am getting better and should be writing fit within the next two days or so. I know it sounds like a poor excuse, but it is the primary reason I Haven't written anything since last <.<

@Lugubrious I'm trying not to make too big a deal of it, and ideally, it won't happen again. That said, I'll see about getting a post done... possibly tonight, even, but I think at this stage, it certainly ought to be by the end of tomorrow.

The internet company effed up on my transfer of service with the move. It was supposed to be done on this last Thursday, but now because of the weekend and holiday it's held up until Wednesday. >.> I'm pretty pissed.

For @BCTheEntity's next update, I asked him to include a bit from Runch so that the scene can flow better, and my character gets a little something said and done until my moving and internet are up. It's a sorta pseudo collab where I suggested things I wanted to happen, but didn't write any lines myself.

I'll be honest, with the addition of the pseudo-collab, my post is taking longer to write than I anticipated. That said, it'll probably be out tomorrow or overmorrow rather than today. I thank you for your patience, @Lugubrious.

Overmorrow is a word? I didn't think English has a single word for "The day after tomorrow".

Also, Lug: I think I can start writing again in a day or so. I'll be taking it slow, most likely, but I'll get started on it soon-ish.

@kapuchu Technically, it's obsolete, but it is a real word. We also have "ereyesterday" to describe "the day before yesterday", so there's that. I like them, that's for sure.

Update to my internet problem: I'll be getting it back up tomorrow at some point. Let's just say I stayed on the phone with my provider for a long time and had to wade through a lot of crap to even get that much done for me when it was supposed to have been a seamless transition when I moved back on Thursday, but hey, it would have been an even longer wait otherwise.
