Ah, well that sucks. Naturally I would like the RP to go forward, but if you decide to stop before it gets started then I can understand that. Real life is more important after all.

Like Shaymin said, we all make mistakes, and i can say i've rushed into decisions like that before myself in the past as well.

If the original GM has not said anything about it, we could perhaps just continue on as is. For all we know, they don't mind if we have an RP mimicking their in some sense! If they do say something they don't like, then we could always tweak the rules and such and keep on moving!

In the end, it is up to you for what to do with this though. Just take some time to breath, calm down, and think things over, ok? :D

Yeah. I should've known better and PMed them just in case but my anxious ass was like "nah fam you'll be fine any reason not to have to pm someone"
I pmed them but most likely I'll end up shutting this down or something, it was kind of a stupid idea anyway to start a roleplay given I'm literally a homeless foster kid who has much less free time than she thinks. I seriously didn't think it would be an issue but looking at their roleplay mine ended up being way too similar. I'm just generally feeling like an asshole because I never intended to upset anyone at all, I just wanted to start a cool PMMM roleplay and saw a rad system. I'm sorry for getting anyone's hopes up.

Even if they don't agree or something and you decide to shut this down, there's always other options. Join another person's RP perhaps, or wait a while and try to make our own original spin on this idea for a PMMM RP! Heavens, if ya need to get away for a bit, then just find something else to do like write a story or get some exercise to try to help clear your head! ;)

I don't have the title "anxiety-riddled" on here for nothing, so i can at least empathize with ya if nothing else on the topic of anxiety. Though while i can't pretend my words will fix anything, at the same time i can't say i won't try to say something either here. :D

That could prove to be a challenge. They had 0 rp activity for the past 8 months when they suddenly popped up 2 days ago. And that too just to claim that this was a copy

@Shaymin Yeah, honestly now that I'm less panicky I don't really see how my roleplay is a copy? It is pretty similar, but mostly in terms of the system and the whole Madoka roleplay setup. I PMed them as soon as I got the comment but they haven't replied. Still, I wouldn't feel right doing this roleplay without them saying it was okay with them, their roleplay was what inspired me to start Dum Spiro Spero and where I got the system from.

And if they have a problem they should've been a tad bit more active so we could settle this thing quickly. Ive been wondering to ask a mod to help, but idk if thats too extreme or not.

I myself believe this RP couldve hit it off, but okay, I see the problem.
