Vongola Primo entrusted the true form of the Vongola to myself, Sawada Tsunayoshi. And so, as Vongola Decimo I am ready to do the same and pass on this form and entrust it's evolution to the next generation. While it has been expressed that this has come too soon, I can only say that I've done everything I can for the Vongola. I wanted to recreate the Vongola as the Family Primo originally made it to be. Thanks to the support of so many--friends, allies, even enemies--I've accomplished what I became Vongola X for. Now, it's not Vongola X who's needed for the next evolution of the Vongola form. I've chosen my successor and just as a dear friend did for me, I need you to guide him. I gave my mentor a lot of trouble, and in some ways he'll give you some as well. But I believe in both you and him to rise to the challenge. I'm sorry to burden you with this but...Please take care of Vongola XI~

When the word "mafia" is uttered, what comes to your mind? Guns, turf wars, fancy suits, and "families"? What about an energy that flows through everyone and represents a strong spirit? Or a myriad of weaponry other than firearms that have incredible powers? How about a set of items that break down the boundaries of time and space? Do you think of struggles to determine the fate of the world? The mafia world is far more than anyone could have imagined. Fourteen year old Sawada Tsunayoshi found this out for himself when a infant calling himself a hitman showed up at his door and told him he was to become the leader of the most powerful mafia family in the world, the Vongola.

Though Tsunayoshi had always been opposed to the idea of being Vongola Decimo but eventually he chose to take on the title and fulfill the resolve he showed during the Vongola Trial. “I don't need... this kind of power! If you want me to inherit such mistakes... Then, I... I WILL WIPE OUT THE VONGOLA!” Over the years Tsuna has reshaped the Vongola and restored it to what Vongola Primo originally intended the group to be. The uncanny similarities between Tsuna and Giotto were always obvious. From their appearance to their ideologies and now even their early retirements. Though the Vongola has been rebuilt the mafia world is still the same and Tsuna never intended to be a mafioso. He's chosen his successor and the guardian candidates have been selected. Only time will tell what is in store for Vongola Undicesimo and the next generation.

RULES

1. Players can have up to 2 characters unless there are special circumstances.

2. There can be 2 candidates for the same position, one chosen by the current boss and one chosen by the External Adviser, but only 3 positions can have multiple candidates. The character that will ultimately get the guardian role will be determined through their performance in the RP.

2. Completely new flames can not be created though variations on flames such as the Flame of Wrath will be allowed though limited and will need to be discussed.

5. In the series, it is stated that being able to produce one type of flame is actually quite rare so having multiple flames is going to be extremely rare (example: Gokudera is the only person we see able to use more than 2 flames excluding Lal Mirch as her curse changes her natural flame). So creating a character with more than one flame will be heavily moderated.

4. Canon characters will appear but for plot purposes only. If you want to make a character that is affiliated with a canon character in some way it will need to be discussed.

History:: While Robert didn't grow up in a bad neighborhood his mother did, and remembering how it sucked to feel helpless she insisted he learned how to defend himself. Despite not seeing a point himself he eventually agreed.

Personal Information

Personality:: Fei is a calm and collected individual with a head for the big picture. He has an easygoing personality and is unhealthily devoted to his comrades, despite appearing emotionless and blunt most of the time. He is an extremely focused individual when he wishes to learn or do something. Fei is cold-blooded towards his enemies and has no qualms in killing them. His combat prowess and ruthlessness have inspired fear among those who choos to mess with the Vongola. He is deeply loyal to his friends, and steadfastly follows any order or request without question, even if the order is outlandish. On the other hand, due to his background as a child slave, he has difficulty interacting with people outside of the mafia and has a limited understanding of girls (despite dressing like one) and relationships.

Because of his aloof personality and difficult childhood, Fei has trouble interacting with others in topics that do not directly involve fighting; even if he is working to be more open about his emotions, and get to know the world better. Also, he seems to favor violence whenever he comes across someone or something he perceives as a threat, regardless if said violence is actually called for. He declares whoever gets in his way is his enemy and he will fight to crush them instead of fighting for survival. He's very determined to destroy anyone who gets in the way of Vongola's, or more so the boss', objectives.

History:: Fei never really had a chance to experience childhood, as only three years after his birth, he was kidnapped by the Todd Famiglia and raised as the pet of their powerful and influential boss, Paulo Albani. He was trained in martial arts to protect him and perform limber acts for other famiglias for money, and earned "points"; Albani's system he used to torture him. Eventually, Fei was put in a situation where he had to kill for his master. At the age of 5, when he killed for the first time, he was sick for several days afterward but eventually his sense of morality faded. Albani, who he considered his father, sometimes dressed him as a girl and began to worry that he would become ugly as he matured into an adult. To prevent this, he performed a crude castration with a hammer and forced him to live as a girl.

Two years later, the Vongola Famiglia raided the Todd Estate and forced Albani and his subordinates to flee. Fei was rescued and taken into custody, but his violent behavior and tendencies caused great concern. It took about a year to get Fei to understand his situation, but his 'being a slave' mindset never got better. Fortunately, a man under the Vongola by the name of Corazon adopted Fei and proceeded to try and give him the life he deserved, even though it can never be fully accomplished.

Weapon/Fighting Style:: Fei, being in the mafia for a few years, always carries around a weapon. Originally it will be brass rings with points at the end. This will later progress to traditional brass knuckles, and finally a pair of gauntlets and spiked shoes to go with it. When it comes to fighting styles, Fei is a matial arts master, specializing in: T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Kung Fu (Hung Gar and Shaolin style), and the Baguazhang style of martial arts. He's extraordinarily agile. Even at a younger age, he was able to execute mid-air somersaults and cartwheels that surpassed even adults. His agility continued to improve with age as he later developed remarkable acrobatic abilities; he's commonly seen walking around in a handstand on just his fingers. Fei's able to outmaneuver almost any opponent he comes across and jump exceptionally high and far, even from a stationary position. He's also limber; able to twist, bend, and contort himself into positions nearly impossible for an ordinary person to achieve. These abilities also grant him impressive parkour and free-running skills, allowing him to scale almost any surface or terrain quickly and squeeze through most barriers and small spaces with noticeable ease.

Quirks/Hobbies/Miscellaneous Info:: As you can probably see, Fei is portrayed to dress like a girl (explained in History). But despite this, he still understands that he's a boy inside and out; for example, he still uses the boy's restroom. He has a habit of giving rather intense eye contact to people he's just met as well. Fei doesn't have that many hobbies, but he does enjoy honing his skills in training his martial arts and drawing, although he's pretty bad at the latter.

Personality:: Akira is a NEET and a young teenager with an IQ of 170. Her IQ enables her to have something similar to photographic memory, so she could remember anything and everything, which is a benefit with thorns. Since everything in the world seems to have obvious answers, Akira has a slightly apathetic personality. However, she is also very fidgety, which results in her breaking and forgetting simple things, especially in her line of work, creating things. She's hopelessly addicted to the internet and even states that she would die without it. Despite her intellect, she is actually very weak and gets sick/tired easily.

History:: Born from a American mother and Japanese father, Akira's family had always been under the Vongola, working as second-hand mechanics to the big-shots. As a child, Akira and her brother spend a lot of time helping the other mechanics with running jobs and even creating their own things with the spare parts left around. When Akira discovered her photographic memory, she branched out into the different parts of mechanics, such as programming and computer work. And it was there that she found the meaning in her life.

She would spend hours on end just surfing the web, retaining all the information her brain processed. Going with the name Oracle, she got into hacking and programming through forum sites while also helping to build things with his brother, and she was only eleven at the time. She was basically a child prodigy in her work and the Vongola expected a lot from her. Unfortunately, this praise was too much for Akira, and she started to cut herself away from the world; even her own name, as she goes by her forum name Oracle now.

Weapon/Fighting Style:: The only things Akira has that could count as a weapon for her specifically is her tools. She can use her Lightning flames to strengthen them and hold her own. She has no fighting styles and usually focuses on running away then actually fighting.

She often sniffs people upon first meeting them. And often have imaginary conversations with herself, due to having little physical interaction with other people. She likes to build machines, hack, and take things apart. She's also allergic to water believe it or not. Whether it's drinking it or even taking a shower, if Akira is exposed to water for too long, she gets rashes all over her body and her throat begins to close up (when digested).

She led a humble but normal life, getting to highschool with decent results. At her year at highschool, she studied while working after school to support her family. She also joined her school kendo club. Being in the same school as a number of guardians, she would naturally be involved in the mafia scene. She personally finds it fun however, and enjoys fiddling around her powers.

Personality:: Sam is akin to a volcano. Much of the time, he can be quite a nice person to be around. The moment he erupts... it is best not to be within the blast radius. He is very protective of his sister, having once hospitalised a guy for knocking her over. A loyal friend, and a deadly enemy, with the Cockney wit of most Londoners. He is thankful to the Vongolas for getting him and his sister out of that hellhole, and regards them as a sort of surrogate family.

History:: Orphaned at the age of ten, Sam and his three year old sister were placed into the Happy Sunshine Orphanage. Despite its cheery name, the place was a hellhole where the strong dominated the weak. To protect his sister, he fought daily, and endured much hardship. This forged him into a powerhouse that others feared to oppose. As they grew older, delinquents started to target the Red Dragon, wishing to remove him from the scene. A group of mobsters even tried kidnapping his sister to convince them to work for them. It was said that the warehouse they used is still paved with their blood.
The legend of the Red Dragon who guarded his Princess from all opponents attracted the interest of the Vongola Group. They offered him a job as a hitman, as well as a home for him and his sister. He accepted as soon as they said they'd provide a home for them.

Sorry I haven't been very active. I'd like to thank you all for wanting to be a part of this RP. It's one I've tried to get up several times before but just couldn't get the interest. Anyway, I've been attending Anime Expo so that's why I've been so quiet. I'll be reviewing characters tonight but so far I don't see any problems with what we have or at least if there are they're very minor~
