NAME: Margaret (Maggie) Singer (Darkshadow)

AGE and BIRTHDAY: 16 (April, 1

APPEARANCE:

GENDER: Girl

PERSONALITY: Maggie tries hard to always keep a smile on her face even though both of her parents are in prison for various crimes. She is in fact angry that she was turned down by the powers that be simply because of heredity. Forgetful at times about personal things she seems insensitive of the feelings of others

BACKGROUND: Maggie was born to the Duo of Doom "Dr. Deathstrike and Lady Pain (Derick Darkshadow & Shelby Star)
Her childhood was quite normal considering who her parents are and their reputations. As villains they were known to torture and kill their victims in cruel and unusual manners but with their daughter were doting parents of the worst kind.
It was when Maggie was 10 years old that a collection of Heros managed to capture both her parents and basically orphaned her. Maggie was given into the custody of her father's maiden sister and their names changed from Darkshadow to Singer.
She has lead a strange life since that day; normal school girl and child of super villains the latter a secret that she hadn't known till their capture.
She is allowed to correspond to her parent once a month on a closely monitored video link and does so diligently as part of her agreement with the government. It is believed that her calls are the reason neither super villain has tried to escape or injure any of their guards.
At 12 her abilities began to manifest in several startling ways when it was noticed that electronics began to suffer failures the closer her proximity. The government in a show of generosity placed the young girl in power restraints used normally to control paroled super villains.
This method of gentle care worked for two years till one day the restraints began to smoke while maggie attended school. She was blamed for the destruction of her restraints and reprimanded by being refused entry into MASH and heavier restraints placed on her.
This time the government monitored closely the condition of her restraints and found that as they restrained her ability that the same restraints were making her stronger.
It was then decided by the monolithic officials that oversaw her fate that they couldn't send her to prison or continue to restrain her abilities less they create an AVC (Alpha Class Villain) they instead sent her to MASH making her that departments problem.
She was in the beginning considered as a Cape type ill her heritage was exposed and like all those before her she was sent to the Basement.

POWERS:

Flash Step

Maggie can move with such a burst of speed it appears as if she teleported ( can sustain only for short dashes ; 100 feet).
Using this technique she can dodge projectiles, move behind enemies, and show off speed. It can also be used to get away from a fight. Other applications include using the technique to move back and forth between different areas to cause an after image of herself making it appear as if there are multiple copies of the Maggie.

Multi Strike

Maggie can generate multiple attacks in a single instant making it extremely difficult for her enemy to defend against the attacks.

Light Step

Maggie has drastically enhanced reaction speed, allowing her to dodge bullets, catch flies in mid-air, dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments and react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to.

REASON FOR DETENTION: Discrimination; her parents are Major Super Villains

NAME : Lilith Ayers

SUPERHERO NAME: Kitsune

AGE and BIRTHDAY: 15, December 27

APPEARANCE: Lilith has a slender, willowy frame and pale ivory skin. She’s lithe, with jet-black hair, curled and bleached to a honey-gold and the ends. Her right eye is cerulean, like the color of the Caribbean, and her left eye is blind, a light gray-blue color, and both are shadowed by the hood forever hanging over her head. She has a black mark on her arm, like a capital C with a cross on it, the intersection of the cross in the middle. Lilith’s not particularly curvaceous, though her assets are a pretty decent size. She’s about 5’3”, and is often called short by her friends for that. She always has electric blue headphones, around her neck or on her head.

Lilith normally wears a black pullover hoodie with a death metal band logo on the back, light blue ripped skinny jeans, and steel-toed combat boots. In the summer she wears a light gray shirt with the Assassin’s Creed logo on it, dark jean shorts, and sneakers, plus a zip up hoodie just in case.

Lilith’s superhero costume is rather simple, a black trench coat with a hood and silver linings, a black half mask, a dark grey elbow length shirt, and a black skirt.

GENDER: Female

PERSONALITY: Lilith is very rebellious. She hates people telling her what do and dreads school for this reason. Often she will defy teachers to the point where they are about to send her to detention, then is sugar-sweet to them for the rest of class. She also gets very good grades, just to annoy them even more. Needless to say they are often tempted to knock thirty percent off her grades at the end of term. She is very fierce and cunning, which earned her superhero name

BACKGROUND: Lilith lives with her dad, her other dad, and her twin brothers. Her family is pretty weird. Her dads are both archeologists, and her brothers are in the police force. At school, she’s a little better off when it comes to the social order, because she can be a bit intimidating. No one really bothers her, unless it’s her friends teasing her about her height. She plays acoustic guitar, though she’s not really tied to a band yet. Her love life is nonexistent, and her social life has been at Death’s door for a while. She’s a little solitary, though she loves her friends, and loves spreading chaos around school

Lilith gained her powers when her dads brought home a black statue of Hades, the Greek god of the Underworld They thought she might like it, since he was one of her favorite gods, and when she woke up the next morning, the statue was gone and the mark had appeared on her arm. She normally just helps her brothers with police work.

POWERS: Umbrakinesis. Not huge stuff, just things like controlling them, creating blades out of shadow, and being able to disappear into them.

REASON FOR DETENTION: Lilith’s power level is pretty decent, but her powers are seen as ‘dark’ and people look down on her because her dads are gay. Plus she graffitied exactly what she thought about the teachers on the school wall
