I assume Briza and Smiley are trying to get their shit together after the Guild being down for over a week. The Guild's not even been up for 24 hours yet, the IC will eventually come. An active OOC is a healthy sign that the players are still here and along for the ride!

Sort of. We've been invited to write little flavour pieces for our characters, to give them a little in world introduction before the main event, as we're still waiting on a couple of finalised CSs before going fully live.

I've used mine to given an idea of Susie's MO when pulling off a heist. All trickery and diversions, with plenty of tech backup to keep her hidden. There's also a follow-up planned if needs be, to show how she relates to other people as well.
