Winnona was flocking to the scene, as most people around town were. A huge fuss at a bank, a classic scene. She watched from afar as time stalled, no one came out with their hands up. Were police in there?
Pulling her jacket tighter around her waist, she braced herself for the possibility of needing to help some citizens out, in case any injuries came to face them. But what she did not expect was a large bomb to go off.

Screams ensued the area, people began running. Winnona braced herself. She was close enough to get knocked back a good length of feet, but nothing she couldn’t heal from. She could simply stand up, dust herself off, and feel everything crackle back into place. She knew she would be the first to respond to explosion, considering her proximity and ability to bounce back. She began searching through a big cloud of smoke, looking for anyone yelling, ignoring the chase scene that seemed to take place beyond the bank after the villain. Was there anyone she could save?

Delta wanted nothing more than to pursue CatBoy out of the bank- especially after he literally started throwing arms around- but as soon as she leaned forward to begin the hunt, Army Guy had already dashed on out after him. Grunting a little, she swung her crowbar off her shoulder. If she couldn’t get the head honcho, she could at least make sure that his henchmen wouldn’t be causing any trouble for the people stuck in all this mess. If they weren’t taken care of, then there would be no saying what would happen if one of them got jumpy with all the heroes about.

She was pulling together another sound bomb together when she was sent stumbling into the nearest wall, the ground shuddering beneath her feet. Above, Delta could hear the screams of the unfortunate many that had gotten trapped upstairs.

The bank was coming down, and, if they couldn’t move fast, so would several innocents.

Eyes shooting wide open, Delta’s attention snapped towards one of the few heroes still loitering about the place- the other, much less flashy teleporter- and she gave a loud whistle, shooting the sound over his way to be heard over the roar of the great earth. With another, strained grunt, Delta jerked her head upwards, gesturing frantically at the roof above them. As much as she wanted to run upstairs and drag as many people out as she could, trying to pull a stunt like that would probably just end up landing her in a nice sandwich with the rest of the people there. A teleporter would be the only one capable of getting them all out in time.

Hoping that the message had been conveyed, she turned, swinging her crowbar into the temple of the nearest henchmen. Satisfaction warmed her veins as she watched the man crumple to the floor. Like the kind you got after getting in a good workout. She ignored it as she moved to help one trembling woman off the floor, gently pushing her towards the exit. It seemed like Catman’s party had begun to scatter with the explosion, so all Delta really had to do was keep an eye out for retaliation as she moved from one hostage to the next, coaxing them out of the building.

A dangerous amount of rubble had fallen by the time Delta had cleared out all the people in the lobby- at least, she hoped it was all the people, at the very least. A dark, gnarled part of her told her to leave the fallen henchman where he was. He had, after all, consciously aided in the attempted murder of countless people. But she silenced it, stuffed it away, and, with some effort, managed to drag the man out and to the feet of the police waiting outside.

She was pretty sure she had heard something crack when she hit the guy.

That was probably enough punishment as it was.

That taken care of, Delta took one last uncertain glance towards the ruins of the bank, then silently went to help the police attend to the hostages until the paramedics arrived.

By now, the chances of her being able to catch up to Catboy were slim indeed.

As all hell was breaking loose, Toby needed to make some moves, and fast. He decided to go for crowd control. "All active officers, set a perimeter. No one enters or leaves. Civilians, disperse, get to safety." He yelled out and people began to move. If he could clear the area, it would make it much easier to deal with the situation. "Alright you fucking Cat. Surrender, I'm getting bored."

When the explosives detonated brick and glass spun all around Pandora the smoke and dust obscuring her lithe leather-clad form briefly and leaving many onlookers to believe when it cleared she would be laying a bleeding heap on the pavement only to find her standing where she had been standing unscathed barely even touched by the dust that had filled the air; her expression was one of angry annoyance.

She loathed the indiscriminate use of explosives and harming of the innocents and the cries of the injured called to her so she focused her probabilities on the rescue of those who needed her most. With supreme confidence, she ran into the smoke and rubble ignoring the dangers presented by dangling pieces of the bank, broken flooring and live electrical wires.

Her first find was an old woman who was bleeding badly and needed a compression bandage to staunch the bleeding which was provided when the banks First aid kit fell from where it had been lodged in the acoustic ceiling above Pandies head landing beside her and popping open.

Billy's head was still spinning from the sudden blast, but upon seeing the frantically grunting and gesturing person, who had a fantastic flair for the dramatic, or so Billy thought, he looked up, and suddenly understood the situation. There must be hostage somewhere, by some strange probability nothing terrible had happened to him as chunks of building and glass flew about him, potentially cutting him to ribbons. Seeing Pink Leather Punk-Chick run into the building to help with hostages suddenly got Billy moving again, he took his sword and cut his arm open, trying to avoid any previous scars but not being entirely successful

"MOTHER OF SUCK!" he screamed frustratedly as he disappeared in a haze of red vapor, reappearing on the second floor, his blood already beginning to stream of out him and form a doorway to outside and on the other side of the street of the bank. "Excuse me ladies and gentlemen!" He attempted calmly, but to no avail, everyone was just in a far too far gone panic mode, so he tried commanding.

"LISTEN UP"

That seemed to get people's attention. However, not used to playing the daring commander as much as the charming rogue, Billy suddenly found himself at a loss for words, so he simply pointed gestured wildly at the doorway portal, and people seemed to get the message.

Blood seeped quickly from Billy's wounds, as he fought his body's natural tendency to throw his arm over or try to otherwise close it, he was still a little fatigued from all that had happened the past half-hour, but he sat there, in pain and getting weaker, in the falling building, waiting for the last person to go through.
