These things are called Troglodytes, some sort of monsterous humanoids. Though that much is obvious. Beyond that you don’t really know much else aside that generally speaking, while sentient they’re often beastial and even cannibalistic, but they have an uncanny ability to stop fighting one another f there’s different prey on the wind.
