Possibly but that's where creativity to dumb down the ability comes in. Trust me my friend, I can make something thats OP into something that have flaws and equal to others lol

Since her spliced species is pure carnivorous I thought it would make sense for her to not do well with other types of food. Among other owl traits.

The way your post was set up, I imagined not having a prison uniform was a regalia while all others would be in prison/institution clothing.

@KatherinWinter I thought maybe they were forced into other clothes besides their uniform because of where they're at. Something they considered prison clothes. I can change it if need be!

@dragonbutts You're character is a private citizen. There is no reason for her not to have access to her regular clothes. My character is wearing normal clothing for just that reason. She was never in the military or in prison.
