Description: A well built young man with tanned skin, and dark brown eyes Chad has combed black hair, and is otherwise rather average. He has plenty of callouses on his hands from many a sortie operation. Due to being a pilot he has no real scars for his service since he was eighteen years old. His skin tone is Caucasian white. In most occasions he wears a standard white t-shirt with military clothes.

Bio: Born in southern New Jersey to a couple of construction workers no one really expected much of young Chad. Growing up his parents were extremely conservative believing in the values of god, and helping your fellow man. It was uncommon in the eastern coast area of America as it had been for many years to be a more liberal area. However as young Chad grew up he believed his parents to be mistaken in their hardcore values, and grew up like many other children in the area due to the influence of teachers, and other children. His grand father, a member of the Union Navy, instilled in him a certain discipline he would take with him until he was older. His father often tried to force upon him the teachings of god which even from a young age didn't quite stick right as Chad viewed an entity that controlled everyone's lives to be a rather strange idea as it meant every scrapped knee, and insult thrown at him was planned by the same being the made his soul.

Eventually Chad would stroll through life being a friend to his classmates, and participating heavily in sports which sowed the gap between himself, and his parents. Becoming a member of the American Football Team at his school, and participating heavily in the events his school often held. It wasn't until his final year of high school did he even consider the military. With college being daunting young Chad decided to take the advice of his best friend Harry Strode, and Ben Myers joining the local Union recruitment drive with the support of his family behind him. Chad loved his country, and he loved his friends he wanted to protect them in some way while bettering himself. However when he joined the military the recruitment process made him a bit more jaded than he had been in the past as people were pushed hard, and to the breaking point in some cases. Ben even had to drop out after it had proven too much for him. It was at the time of his recruitment that the Union's Air Force were looking for more pilots in his area, and he joined up. Proving to have a natural talent with the force, and a somewhat authoritative charisma about him he was placed in second command of a new squadron of Flag Pilots. Though he lacked the smoothness that some people had in commanding Chad proved that like in High School he still had the ability to inspire confidence in his team.

Serving in the home guard for a time Chad was eventually transferred to the East Coast's 'Union Bell' Flag Team under Roan Foreman who become a mentor to him. Roan was a legend of sorts among the flag pilots testing the original flag, and helping to improve it to what it was today. Roan was a kind, and earnest man who worked hard. Chad idolized him, and did his best to take after him as did the rest of his team. Union Bell was known for its reliable pilots, and its talent in the combat field against terrorists, and mercenaries who would antagonize the Union's nations. It was one day while the group was assisting in rooting out an enemy force stationed in Western Africa that Chad's life changed. His commander Roan had died in a sudden suicide blast from a terrorist who attacked a nearby restaurant with a car bomb that also blew up the bar the Union Bell's members had been drinking in. His second in command Charles Bigly had also unfortunately died. After this event Celestial Being approached him for service recruiting him for service and designating him to a gundam suit. Officially he died in service looking for the killers of his comrades. He wants to ensure the world has nothing to fear from people like the men who made Africa suffer.

Biography/History:

Arthur born in London, to fairly well off parents. He had a relatively uneventful and normal childhood, a proper education, and loving family. He lived far away from the troubles of the Solar Wars, living in relative peace, until his teenage years. During an overseas vacation he and his family was caught up in a conflict involving an Anti Government extremists and Union forces. He was the only one out of his family to survive being in the crossfire, but was taken hostage by the terrorists and held in their camp for months, with the terrorists believing that he was some foreign diplomat’s son and he was a valuable bargaining chip. It was in that camp that he saw the inhumanity of war how it created monsters and took innocent lives, people had said that war was a terrible thing, but he never truly understood, until now. Eventually, the combined stress and newfound disgust got to him and he attempted a break out, which was ultimately unsuccessful, though he managed injure several of the terrorists.

Soon after, the terrorists realized that what they had was some random civilian and not the son of a VIP they mistaken him for. Since they had no real use for Arthur and found him too much trouble, they decided to execute him. He was taken outside seeing the sky for what he thought was the final time, but it would seem that luck was on his side as he was saved when a white mobile with wings made of green light destroyed the terrorist camp. He looked in amazement as the suit rained down green rays of light reducing the rest of the camp into rubble and killing all combatants before it. Arthur looked up in awe of the angelic looking suit and it’s power. Something told him that it was different, it wasn’t a machine made for war, but for peace. A weapon built for peace, an Oxymoron that he completely understood, a sight that he would never forget, as the suit installed in him a sense of hope.

Afterwards, Arthur was taken in by Celestial Being, an action approved by Veda, due to having no previous connections to any organizations, no longer having any familial connections, and completely agreeing with the goals and ideology of Celestial Being, Veda concluded the chances of him betraying them was nearly zero and that having a completely loyal agent that they could shape to their will would be far more beneficial than simply silencing him for seeing the Gundam. Due to the admiration he gained for the Gundam and wanting to become a meister and fight for his newfound ideals, he requested to receive training as a pilot. He spent years and countless hours training to become a meister and his hard work eventually paying off, as he was selected as a potential candidate, before finalized by Veda as an official Gundam Meister. He was assigned the third generation Exia, as he proved his loyalty time and time again. With it he was given the mission of executing traitors to Celestial Being’s cause, a task that he is willing to carry out, but hopes he never has to.

Other: I decided to keep the connections to the 0 gundam, since it’s an important part of the Exia and it’s subsequent upgrades.

I’m starting the Exia off without it’s GN long sword and GN short sword, since that was how it was in the show.

Biography/History: As an Innovade, she was pretty much created by Celestial Being. She feels like her entire existence is to 'serve the plan' so to speak. As such, no matter what, the mission comes first, and her place in it all. She never really experienced a normal life, having friends, or anything that comes with such things. Because of this she can be rather, difficult.

From the moment she woke up she acted as an assistant to Veda, as most of her kind did. She was the one who approached many people who Veda had chosen to become part of Celestial Being. If a Scientist, or Engineer, or even a Doctor was chosen to join Celestial Being, it was likely Viraa who approached them, and made them the offer and convinced them to accept it. She was also ultimately the one who approached the Gundam Meisters to inform them of their place within Celestial Being, and if necessary, convince them to join as she had done with others.

It was for this reason that Viraa was given a female body. While many Innovades are at least somewhat male or female, it wasn't often that they were fully given a gender by Veda. The exception, was Innovades such as Viraa who needed to fit in with Humanity, and not be too off putting when she approached the people she was intended to recruit.

When recruitment died down, she typically would act as a personal escort to any VIPs within Celestial Being should it be needed. It was rarely needed, but still, just to be safe she was often put into the company of any VIPs who were going to largely public places. To her, it felt odd as they had not yet made their presence known so it wouldn't be as if they had enemies who were looking to shut them down. Yet. She was a combat Innovade, but she didn't expect that meant protecting VIPs from threats that didn't exist... was she supposed to keep them from tripping over their own shoelaces or something? It baffled her to no end.

Imagine her surprise however, when Veda informed her that she would be a Meister herself, one of the forefront tools of the whole plan. She felt honored, and special, and it honestly did little to help her 'mightier than thou' complex when it came to others who she felt were less important to the plan, or didn't understand it as well as she did.

At least she finally understood why she was a Combat Innovade.

Skill Set: As an Innovade she can use Quantum Brainwaves to connect to Veda, and view any data she has access to. This means reviewing mission plans without needing to see them, information on the enemy. Beyond this she is considered a 'combat Innovade', so she specializes in piloting Mobile Suits.

Biography/History: Atalei was a kid on the fast track to being a prodigy. He was the smartest in his tribe-like village, quick-witted and wiser than most. When others determined a frontal assault was best, he often sought out the road-less taken. Because of his academics, the school he attended pleaded that he be allowed access into the exchange student program (ESP) for higher learning. His father, a proud man, gratefully agreed. It was on the day of his departure that a small contingent of soldiers besieged the quiet village. Kids were rounded up, parents were killed, and homes set ablaze.

Later Atalei would learn that an organization, known to him only as HOME, had attacked many villages along the African coastline. He never found out if the AEU was responsible or even aware. HOME was interested in Super Soldier experiments. They raised a very small group of children, the hundreds or thousands that were rounded up was picked apart of the exceptional. Atalei was one such exception. Through a series of events both epic and heartbreaking, Atalei after years finally escaped. Him and two others found themselves in the UK, physically and mentally changed. They could speak to each other telepathically and sense out one another to a certain degree. Eventually with time their memories returned and they recognized that they had been alter in some deeper way. Quirks had been instilled or accidentally created.

Atalei found himself less willing to harm humans, calmer, and when angered, terrifying. Eventually he parted from the other two, traveled to his village and discovered that everyone he loved was dead. There he was greeted by a representative of Celestial Being and told he could help the world. After all "You have the power, use it."

Biography/History: Born in a civilized place from civilized people, Julia's Italian parents were deeply Catholic people whom never however partook or approved of the terrorism wave that the country was victim of amid the solar wars. As her father said, civilized people could disagree on things, but the way to solve disagreement was through discourse and debate, not through superiority of might. It was ironic really, for her father was a high ranking member of the army and only left to join a political party opposing the formation of what would become the AEU. Ultimately her father would die without accomplishing any of his goals. The catholic church would be swept aside of Italy and the AEU would be born. But it was the will of the people and he accepted it, dying in peace.

Julia didn't understood the true nobility of her father until much later, she saw it as moronic that he was against the use of strength but was a soldier. Even if she joined the army to pay for her studies (she was almost forced to do so by her parents for the sake of 'tradition') she had a rebellious streak to her, studies of history and political science did show that there was such a thing as the tyranny of the mass and it would be truly ironic that she ended up doing her doctoral paper as a refutation of Aeolia Schenberg and other so called pacifists that there was a misuse of knowledge. After all, technology freed the masses and people had a RIGHT to wage war to secure their existence as they had through history! It is only now, much later that Julia openly admits that she had completely missed Schenberg's point, that her paper was amateurish at best and should never have had her doctorate.

As she was stuck in the army however, Julia decided she might as well use this time to see the world a little and volunteered for the UN peace keeping forces. They were and still are of course, a total joke. She initially entered the third world as a sneering neo-colonialist soldier, as much of the UN Peace Keepers were and still are of course, so many people fail to understand the complexity of the solar wars. Even if she didn't understand she had a job and that was to keep the peace and so she did, often in the most theatrical ways possible. After all, the Peace Keepers could only fire in self defense and so she didn't hesitate to jump right in the middle of a firefight and call self defense to open fire in turn.

This patern repeated, earning herself the admiration of the people she served with and protected while the brass could only reluctantly follow her advancing career as she was unfortunately too competent to be thrown out of the army. As the years went by, her mind opened itself to the complexity of it all. For a good number of years she was perplex, was all she was doing worth it? Wasn't fighting for peace an oxymoron akin to fucking for the sake of virginity? The words of her father came back to her mind in her old age. Some people have a right to be angry, yes, but its not self defense to attack someone first for the sake of what might happen in the future, there is no excuse. Ultimately the only thing that can keep the bad guys willing to use force at bay, is good guys with more force willing to defend what's right.

Imagine her surprise when she was due to retire and Celestial Being contacted her! She might not be in her prime, but she where others in the organization had youthful vigor and reflexes, she had experience and could bridge the gap between a 250 year old man's ideals and a bunch of 'Child Soldiers' in their 20s.

Skill Set:
-Military Knowledge (She knows how to push and pull the 3 factions, what kind of firepower to apply to make them fallback without being excessive.)
-Polyvalent Pilot (Julia sat in the first bipedal mech, piloted multiple vehicles and saw a lot of competent pilots. She may not have the best reflexes at her age, but she knows a few tricks to turn the battle in her favor non the less.)
-Soldier's Instinct (Its a creeping feeling, when something isn't right or they are about to step in an ambush.)
-Dirty Fighter (More than training, Julia has experience and gained so much experience by fighting to win. In CQC others might have a physical advantage on her but she has a few tricks that can work only one time, but after all, she only needs one time in a real combat.)
