Ow stitch.’ She sighs and regains composure. She smirks at him. ”Wow, something Sobek the Great is terrible at. And everyone said your such a lady’s man,” she teases, nudging him gently.

Bast bursts into laughter. When she settles down, she says between chuckles, ”You know I would hate to get between you and such a beautiful relationship,” she jokes, referring to Jacob and Sobek. ”Watch this. And.. man down.” Bast calls relatively quietly when she hears Sage hit the ground.

Ivy wraps herself in a towel and rushes out of the bathroom and into the kitchen to help Sage up.

Bast shakes her head with a grin. ”I swear she has the ears of a bat.” ‘And the nose of a bloodhound.’

She smiles at him. "Well...." She said to him with a smile. She then takes her stance. "Come at me Bro!" she said to him knowing she would be able to side step him with little to no Effort. She needed a good distraction from her little sister being in the hospital. She had left her phone on the night stand next to Adam. She looked at him. He gives a sad smile that's gone as quickly as it arrived, and he advances on her, throwing three quick punches at her stomach and face, and a kick at her shins, guarding with his left arm. "What about my mind?" His eyes flicker black for a moment. "My fears? My strengths?"

She smiles and dodges every punch. She smiles as she dose. "Dude...." she said to him. She then swung her foot under him and pined him to the ground on his tummy. She then smiles. "I think we all know that." she said to him. She then sighed. "Nona's in the hospital....My parents are pissed at me for leaving her here, I mean she wanted to stay at a friends house...." she said to him. "I honestly blame myself for it." she said to him.

He does his best to get up, but can't move out of her grapple. "Ugh. You win." He sighs. "How did she end up in the hospital? I've...been disconnected from reality for a while." He lays back on the mat, closing his eyes. "I don't know what I'm doing anymore. Why am I still here?"

She sighs. "She got hit by a car...." she said. "Well your apart of the team....And we need you." she said to him with a smile. She then sighed. She got up off him and shock her head. Bast gives Ivy a toothy grin. ”You didn’t miss much. Just a massive flirtation fail on Sobek’s end.”

Ivy pouts. “Aw man I miss all the good stuff.” She chews her lip to keep herself from laughing when she sees Jacob. “Stay right there.” She goes and gets her phone and takes a picture of him. She laughs to herself at the photo.

‘Hey Bast there’s something I want to try on.’ ’The slippers?’ ‘Yes the slippers.’ ’Wise choice.’ Winter goes into the bathroom and changes into the bathroom. She comes out and brushes her unbound hair out her face to look at the leopard print pajama pants and matching fuzzy slippers.

Kerian gives a bow and says hello to everyone he then looks at winter" hello m'lady" he says without any emotion in his voice keeping his face blank.

She sighs. "You know we thought we where going to lose a good friend there for a bit....Im glad you recovered." she said to him. She then hugged him. She stepped back and smiled. "I think it wont hurt to go for a swim...." she said pointing to the pool. she smiled as she did. "Come on." she said to him. She then sighed. "Wait...I dont think you have swim trunks underneath." she said to him. She then shock her head. "We should just go home.' she sighed. She Walked up with him and smiled as she walked into her home.

Winter wiggles her toes in her slippers, smiling. “Gods these are comfy.”

“Welcome to the family,” Ivy tells Sage, spreading her arms wide with a cheeky smile. She waves to Kerian with a small smile, then, sensing they needed privacy, goes back to her room to finish drying her hair, dragging Jacob with her.

Color drains from Winter’s face. “Kerian. What are you doing here? I thought you wanted nothing to do with me,” her voice is quiet, timid. ’If you let me take over I’ll beat his face into the ground.’ ‘Thank you, Bast. But he has a very good reason to be angry with me. And that is exactly why I’m keeping control.’ ’Fine.’

He walks with her, the darkness never quite fully leaving his pupils. He softly hums a sad song to himself as he walks by her side, and stares at Winter with a deadpan gaze. He follows Artimes to the doorway of her room, and hesitates before walking in himself. "I wasn't sure I wanted to recover. Sometimes it feels like I'm just in the background, that everyone else has a better shot at life. That's why I train street kids. To give them what I never had."
