Now that we're all here...
You likely don't know one another (which is good because it helps you do your first job), but I've RPed with all of you extensively in the past. I've only tabletopped with Dragoknighte before, but as this is on the text forum it won't be too different on here than normal RPing. I honestly don't need a lot to work with so don't feel like you need to go above and beyond. 2-3 paragraphs per post is good for me, no need to be David Weber. That, and as long as each of you makes your character a character that I can somewhat believe, there won't be any problems! I will roll with my own dice as, despite my modship, I know jack-shit about forum rolling. If you don't own dice, I can roll for you or you can use a dice rolling site (there are plenty). Make your rolls and place the results in the bottom of your IC posts when you make any. If your ship needs a certain crew member, like a pilot for instance, don't worry I can easily add an NPC. The guidebook did advise just 2-4 players because you will be doing only certain jobs for certain play styles, which is why I decided on 3 players as a sweet spot.
I expect you guys to discuss who takes what role and what ship you get, etc. I cannot decide myself. I know both Drago and Lauder have expressed interest in a Mystic class, so you can see who gets that. As always you (or I) can roll for who gets what class. If you have any questions for me you can tag me here or DM me, but as of right now it's up to you three to decide the 3 choices you need to make...Class, Ship, Jobs.

*Flips through pages* I can't tell if we can have two people being the same class. I'll likely make a soft rule that it's possible, though that will be a very squishy crew, particularly if the 3rd slot is speaker. Once Lauder pipes in we can better decide.

Hmm. My plan to make a mystic samurai has been shattered and my hopes have been ruined. That said I could probably run as Pilot or Mechanic (or if I was really looking for samurai, muscle samurai.)

Do you not want to have multiple of the same class? It's totally permissible in the rules to have any combination of classes, even everyone all being pilots or something. If you already had a character concept in mind, I don't mind just picking something else.

Alright, I have a more solidified character concept. I'm making a Scoundrel who's a former mid-level Syndicate boss who was forced out of the organization by an ambitious underling, but managed to avoid getting 86'd. As far as ship, I'm leaning towards the Stardancer and more smuggling/illicit trade type jobs.
