@Zool I wonder if MacKenzie's grapple hook is like the Grapple Lasso from Metroid Prime 3? Drain mana, overload mana, swing like Spider Man, and maybe with powers like the Oraclos Chain from Pandora's Tower, where it can lock down enemies and stuff.

Ha, I was thinking of some crazy spiderman stuff for the very end of the story, when she has fully learned what its capable of and grown in power herself. I'm not sure about the other powers. We will see. It's limits will grow in line with the story and MacKensie's growth as a hero, and will stay in line with the general power of the party.

I was gonna wait a little for Dexter, but I do want to get the posting order stuffs out of the way, and it's a fight scene, so everyone can show off as much as they want. Your man Rob will show off his stuffs in my next post, but if you guys wanna cooperate to...you know...beautify the fight sequence, feel free to let me know.

Now, just bear in mind all, a goblin elder just means they’ve been alive longer than most of the other ones. By which I mean Gungun could easily just be ten or fifteen and still qualify.

Oh, question though. Does this mean the Claybitah tribe serves the witch, or did Gungun kind of split off to do his own thing for a bit? Because I imagine this would be a bit of an issue in regards to Chatak’s “befriend the humans” plan if they’re all in on it. Also he’d have to kill his own kinsmen, which wouldn’t be great for him.

@Rabidporcupine That was my thinking, yes - that starting with his brother, the Claybitah tribe aligned itself with the Witch, pitting him against his own kinsmen. The internal conflict that would bring would make an interesting story, IMO.
