Writing my issues right now.

TL;DR for those interested: Ronto HAS NOT gotten over how badly America fucked Canada over and has a habit of ruining diplomatic opportunities as a result, suffers from political factionalism a la NCR, and has a large, rapidly growing population it's struggling to shelter and feed. If only there were someone out there in the wasteland with experience gene-modding crops? Some sort of... Institute, maybe?
