Angels and demons in Supernatural essentially use the bodies of dead people to interact with those on Earth, assuming they don't possess someone, and even then there's a bunch of nuances they added to that which I couldn't be bothered to keep up with.

Do keep in mind, I'm okay with this, it just reminded me of the show.

I do have another question though, and that concerns the larger cosmology. Does God exist? Is it like a dualism thing between him/her/it and a dark counterpart? Or are we going with a Monad/Absolute kind of deal where existence is just the various emanations of God or the First Cause? Or are all the supernatural entities in this just a result of the universe experiencing itself?

If demons are in here, how do they fit in with angels? Are they pure evil versus pure good or more morally grey? Does Lucifer/Satan exist? Is he a rebellious angel or something else entirely, etc?

- Shadow manipulation - can control, and shadow travel through shadows

- Immortality - hard to kill and seems to never stay dead for very long

- Vampire Bite - those he bites he can transform into vampires

Weakness

- Holy Weapons

- garlic - HATES THE SMELL! I Will never go near anything near the smell

- Sunlight - Burns and can wound him if exposed for a long time, often more then a few hours can really harm him but never seems to kill.

- tainted Blood - Blood of sinners of those that have supernatural blood like werewolves or other creatures actually can make him very sick to a point where he needs to rest for days.

History (include how you came across the agency): Lord Dracula had been around for many hundreds of years before the world woke up to his danger. His reign with vampires and armies of the dead created such fear that humans came out often to hunt and slaughter him. He was vanquished many times by Hunters but somehow he never stayed very dead for very long. Dracula was found by the agency during its beginning, due to the high kill demand on the creature's head, Dracula agreed to work for the agency, but his reasonings are his own. Changing his name and making sure no knew, he hides himself.

@ZAVAZggg What I'm going with for my character is the belief in more then one god. He believes in both 'God' god and the Inuit gods. Mostly I'd say that what it says in religious documents is mostly true (Satan was a fallen angel BUT...) Although, really it's not my game, that's just my opinion.

It's why I ask. Religion and mythology is about as subjective as you can get. I'd like to know so I can actually make a character that fits the setting.

I would ask that if an angel works on earth that it be in a human vessel. I don't think the RP would go well if some glob with light and eyes stared at all of us XD But yes a human vessel with weakness and still able to be an angel use angelic gifts or such like that is able to be done. I would ask just to keep power from being way too much.

There is probably a god but I wouldn't want so said god to be a part of the roleplay.

Anywhoo, I'll start work on a character and keep all mentions of what lies beyond the mortal realm at a minimum, because knowing me I'd probably go the Ein Sof route.

Well, I mean more in the sense of my angel character won't divulge too much information, with the in-universe explanation being that mortal minds simply won't comprehend any of it.

id prefer to stay away from gods and goddesses due to just how messy it will get with powers and stuff like that.
