Powers or Abilities: Transform into Mr.Hyde when in danger, as Hyde he becomes super strong, not like superman, more like the power of 10 men.

History: Dr.Henry Jeckyl volunteered his services to the Agency,he believes that all creatures should be given the chance to live normal lives if they are able to adapt to the human ways, if not, then they must be dealt with by any means neccessary.

Personality: Henry is quiet reasonable debonair, who believes everyone should be given a chance to prove themselves. Mr.Hyde is a rude obnoxious foul mouthed egotistical savage beast who can not be trusted.

Age: 62 (Birth age) Early 40's (Physicly)
Race: Werebear
Powers or Abilities: Super strength (enough to flip a small car onto it's side as a human, enough to carry it as a werebear) Bear abilities (Claws, Teeth, Exedra Exedra)
History: He's been mauling hunters on the island of Kodiak for over 60 years, both in Bear and Were-bear form, over time creating the legend of the 'beast of Kodiak island' his kill count is anyone who hunts illegally, whether by using poison, going above the legal kill-count for bears, or not having a hunting license. He joined after met a member of the agency searching for the 'Beast of Kodiak island' and was interested in getting a job.
Personality: He loves nature, bears, and beers, that about sums him up.

Powers or Abilities Telekinesis, alarmingly high physical attributes, more like a young man in his prime rather than an old woman, potion brewing, and immortality (Longevity based), Glamors (She can change her appearance through illusion) Super Intelligence, she knows quite a lot about witchcraft, and thus knows the spells that transfer life force from one subject to another, or even conjure curses against her enemies. Through telekinesis she can fly, as well use teleportation magic.
History The Primal Hag is thought to originate somewhere in Eastern Europe, others believe she originates from Germany. Still yet others believe she is Baba Yaga. The truth is unknown, though she claims to be thousands of years old. The Agency would make a good ally for The Primal Hag against her many, many enemies, as long as The Primal Hag promises to not victimize Humans any further, she suggests that she will aid the Agency against the things that go bump in the night.
Personality The Primal Hag is a being that was once pure evil. Though she is still creepy, she is not, strictly speaking, evil anymore. The Primal Hag once ate children and stole the beauty and life from young women to stay young. Now, by an agreement with the agency, she is more likely to save children from other witches and remain old, rather than victimize anyone further. She has a long way to go to redeem herself, but she is earnest.

You have my interest, though I'm not exactly sure how you'll make angels work as they typically don't have weaknesses in most religious and mythological canons, or are just straight up eldritch abominations.

@ZAVAZggg Human vessles would most likely be needed like Heavy Metal said. Human Vessels are still that a human vessel they can be harmed by many things angels must take care and be careful even on earth.
